I needed answers to some questions I had about an order I placed and for future orders. I spoke with Mike on the chat and my questions were answered and very quick. Very satisfied!
I am new to Eckler's and should have only placed one order to see how it goes. Unfortunately I've placed four orders and the first two have been screwed up. I purchased a new center console single DIN bezel to accommodate newer stereo system. The employee who pulled the order, pulled the original style unit. After explaining the situation to customer service over the chat line, the representative did not grasp the situation and condescendingly proceeded to explain the description as written by the manufacturer as if I didn't know what I was talking about. Guys I ended the conversation as this person had no clue of what they were talking about and decided to call Eckler's personally. The person I spoke to over the phone was marginally better but still difficult too make them understand that I need the unit and not a refund. They kept apologizing for me not being satisfied with the quality of the piece, which, of course is not the problem, they sent me the wrong piece. After more wrangling, they instructed me that I had to return the piece through FedEx, and that they would not ship the new piece until FedEx receive the old as if it was my fault and not theirs! I could go on about the incompetency all around. My second order which was made the same day April 28th has not arrived in three weeks. The customer service representative told me that it was lost, when I went to FedEx, they told me that they never shipped it. Instead of expediting it quickly, they said it will take 2 to 3 days to investigate first before they send the unit to me. God help me with the rest of the orders.! This car is being worked on for someone who is dying of cancer and I fear that by the time I receive the parts he will have already been dead! They gave me a $30 voucher for my troubles, but they can keep it as I won't be using them again.

I provided my email on Wed 12:30 am, and was waiting for my $10 first time order discount. It didn't show up so I ordered my needed part on Wed 1:00am. Checking my email and the discount code showed up 48 hours later (Friday at 1:55 am) I also wanted to enter customer service reps. Name "Jan" ext. 1949, on my order so he would get credit for order#*******. There was no place in the online order form to enter his name. Please see that he receives credit for his assistance and sale. Thanks!

I saw a video on u tube. They were using your parts, and made the replacement look easy. My 51 steering was getting Wonky, so I went to your websit, Boom, there was all the stuff. Easy, complete and affordable. From the time I ordered the parts till the day the parts arrived i was kept posted of any and all movement of the parts.
The search for the parts needed was a breeze. The prices are very affordable. I'll be shopping here unless there's something you just don't carry, but I haven't run into that problem yet.

Disappointed do you think the website would show items that are not available before you go through all of the hassle of building a cart placing the order, adding payment etc. etc.

Great deal for my order but i had to try 5 or 6 times before I can pay my order. Had an error message each time.
Ordering was easy and all went well. Haven't received yet, but not expected for a couple days. Hoping all is good with the products ordered.
Shopping was good. However I tried to also purchase 2 - Bushing Kit/ For Stabilizer Bar - Item EK-66-*******-1 for $3.96 each. It states they are in stock yet would not load into my cart. I tried several times and still did not load. If these are available I would like 2. Thanks Neale
