I move to another country and change my phone number. All I need is getting back my acc but just only Auto reply answer me. It's need me call them back cause I'm out off list countries they can call. I am there customer since 2016. Feel upset alot.
I've been a member for 21 years. Trying to sell variations of one product and after putting in two hours of work... it's GONE... Of course there is NO HUMAN INTERACTION TO BE FOUND. Sick and tired that the entire country feels everything is a click away. I need answers and I'm sick of clicking to find where my drafts have gone. #ihateebay
I had a ebay account for over 5 years I place a phone for sale on there someone purchase the phone one day after ebay shut my account down can't access nothing...they cancel the purchase the person made one month after they charge my card $76 for what u shut my account down I cudnt communicate with buyer and no matter how I send email to ebay to tell me what to do mo answer...
I want my money back ebay you all are thieves!
Placed an order 1st week of Sept. For one item, charged 4 times by seller (wheel parts Humble Tx). I received 4 items instead of the 1 I ordered. I returned the 3 items I didn't order and and it was received 2 days later. Ebay advised me to contact the seller which is a PO Box. With no contact info. This will be my last ebay purchase and I will be moving on to consumer affairs In my home state.
Do not use eBay if you wanna sale item.Because of their money back guarantee scammers are stealing items from
Sellers,eBay won't protect any seller. Also don't use their payment system either,if buyer opens a case resolution will take 8 weeks
I was using eBay since 2013 and sold more then 3 million worth it items and I lost close to 250k and after selling items I didn't make that much because their fees are harsh,eBay won't protect any seller
This is for all sellers, and unethical buyers. EBay allows buyers to buy expensive items and return $5 items. Yes, eBay supports stealing. So I want to encourage all unethical buyers to go and purchase a $10k Hermes bag and return a $5 bag. EBay will support this type of stealing. Everyone please take advantage of this information because eBay needs to change this type of behavior. This happened to me. I even have evedance from the USPS of the significant weight difference but eBay was not even interested in finding out the truth. I have called, Texted and emailed eBay but they have no interest in researching the truth. So go enjoy buying a $10k Hermes bag that eBay will support you to stealing.
Ordered product from seller through ebay and received only part of order. Ebay was no help in dealing with seller. Hard to deal with and never get straight answers
When they advertise that your money is protected is a huge lie. A few weeks ago my delivery was marked as delivered and I didn't get my parcel. Seller doesn't care and eBay told me be my responsibility find the parcel as the seller provided a tracking number as delivered. They close my claim, no money, no item, nothing. So be aware if you have the same issue is likely you lose your money, the customer service is awful and actually in legal action against them.
I agreed to provide a refund if the item was returned to me. The item never made it to me although USPS reported it as delivered, I never got it and could not get anyone at eBay to help locate it or understand that I did not receive it. So, now I'm out the sales and shipping as well as do not have my item back. I will not be using their platform going forward. Their Customer Service is non existent
I call customer service. They were rude. I was on hold for a total of two hrs. They kept on putting me on hold multiple times.
I made an account and within 10 minutes my account was banned from ebay. It didn't give a valid reason just said I was banned. I went onto ebay to get more information and all it did was send me in circles with a robot and left me with vague answers. Awful sight, not user friendly.
I'm done with eBay until they lower their seller fees. Taking $13-$15% is higher than any other selling method! It use to be reasonable, but not anymore. You lost a customer here.
EBay has recently changed their platform to require a single payment method before they allow an individual to send an offer or place a bid on an item. Forcing someone to choose a single payment method in order to bid or send an offer only narrows payment choices. I normally use Afterpay or Zip at checkout the majority of the time so I can combine purchases into one payment, and then split that payment into 4 installments. I buy a lot of collectible dolls/vintage antiques that cost a chunk. Because of this it is nice to be able to split a purchase into installments. Another negative caveat to this new payment policy is the credit card implication. If an individual starts buying multiple items/starts making a bunch of individual purchases it will set off credit card security protocols. I have had this happen. They think your credit card has been stolen and they flag it so it stops working. Then you have to call during business hours and prove your identity so they take the flag off, which is a lot of hassle. It's more sensible to plan and combine everything into one payment.
I could understand eBay making an individual pay ahead of time if they have a negative account history. If they bid or place offers and then never pay it makes sense. But I have a 100% eBay rating. I have had my account on eBay for 22 years. There has never been an issue with my account. For me, all this new policy will do is irritate me and encourage me to not use eBay for bidding or placing offers. As a result, sellers will be negatively affected if their items do not sell or they sell for less. EBay will lose customers, and it will be their own fault because of their new policy. All this new policy will do for me is encourage me to stop using eBay and shop elsewhere.
I placed an order and never received it, the seller wasn't responding to my messages. Ebay didn't help. I'm closing my account now.
EBay has become the worst online community for buying goods. EBay has illegals from Pakistan or other countries that handle consumer affairs, suspend accounts for no reason other than a low bid item. Crooked companies and dishonest individuals thrive on eBay like xcesslimited2013, a rude, abusive seller that sells broken phones in broken, open boxes while price gouging buyers.
The worst of the worst, and I'll never use this platform ever again. I will ensure everyone I know knows their useless customer support. They lost my 400€ package and stopped replying to emails when confronted with The seller's response. You will chase them until you get your hands on someone, and then you face automated responses just for them to disappear and close your claim without your consent!
I sold an item that costed £22.90, they charged £3.23 on fees, but was only given £3.29 instead of £19.67, claiming the charges fees, thieves.
Bought an item from ebay paid 560+shipping recived totally wrong item, try calling and contaction seller and ebay no one helping just telling me to wait.
Seller name: overstock in ebay be carfull
My account was permanently restricted for not having enough sales. What kinda bull $#*! is that. Woke up one morning to my account being banned. Any time I try to talk to them they just say they cannot help me because it is permanent. I don't understand how ebay works.
Buyer asked me to ship item to different address so I complied. Proved he received it and he claimed he didn't. The refunded his purchase. Their policies support this.
Answer: I would never buy a used car without seeing it in person and having it checked out.
Answer: Ebay is a den of thieves. Even Ebay is evasive on complaints to answers. When looking for items, be sure to be fully informed to what you are shopping and use all that knowledge to cypher the listing, even then have found those that list items to be evasive on answers. Avoid ebay if possible!
Answer: For their own purposes and to protect dishonest sellers. I was once an avid EBay shopper, but now avoid EBay. Buyer protection no longer exists. You buy at your own risk.
Answer: Ebay sells nothing. You are dealing with private sellers. Some are good, some are not. The best way to determine this is to check the feedback. I personally never buy from anyone who has a feedback lower than 90%. 96% is considered bad, by Ebay. Take that with a grain of salt. Ebay management is nuts.
Answer: If you haven't already learned the hard way that Ebay is just pure bullshit when it comes to the sellers rights. When someone wants to send it back for any reason other than it doesn't work as described, you will be footing the bill. Not only will you lose the money you paid to ship it to them, Ebay will offer to provide a return label for them at your expense. Yep, that's right. They will bill you the price of the label if you don't provide it. Either way, you are paying for it to get back to you. It's get better. You can't leave negative feedback for the buyer either. It's not an option NO MATTER
Answer: Not to me! It's my main shopping tool! I look for good deals and free shipping!
Answer: Yes. You are right. All what people told you are correct. Don't trust ebay and the seller on ebay. Amazon much better than them. But anyway the best way to buy electronics from the local stores or official stores.
Answer: This depends on the seller of the item - carefully check their feedback and trust you intuition if you have doubts try another seller you feel safer with...
Answer: Hi Tom, As for reviews, you don't get them. It's called feedback. When you buy an item, the seller will probably leave feedback after you leave feedback for them. I hope that answers your question. Nancy
Answer: Depends on the seller. I wouldn't buy anything off ebay because there a crappy company.
