Cyrell was a jerk. I literally boxed the item to ship and everything and then I find out I'm permanently blocked. And what "inappropriate behaviors" are they talking about.

These guys operate under a different name, tires outlet usa, that is the name they have in eBAY. They have fraudulent offer, they said you can return the tires with no question. I returned the tires on time and they did not refund the money, instead sent the tires back to my house. Their website doesn't exist anymore, and they operate under different name, so when people write reviews, then they said they never sold a tire to the individual and never contact them to help. They are scam, I recommend to do not buy a tire from them.
I returned the items, all four tires, via USPS on time May 27th. The two tracking numbers are as follow *********************, **************3998).
I have pictures of the labels on the tires, that say "return to sender refused unable to forward return to the sender", tracking numbers show the tires were shipped by me on May 27th. Furthermore, the tracking history shows the following

I don't know why the package was returned. If there was any problem with the shipping it is not my fault as the shipping labels were provided by the seller.
Because all the above, I demand my money to be refunded immediately, otherwise I will refuse to recognize the purchase from the my financial institution and I will leave a comprehensive review in google about ebay and the seller, explaining all the details about his fraudulent transaction.
Honestly, I'm tired of these so-called glowing reviews for a site that literally their customer service takes two to three days to answer back on a simple resolution for something so simple. Amazon at least has agents available 24/7 to fix matters with orders or other issues with their accounts. This site has gotten completely worse in the last four to five years in regards to this. Their chat mode lol if you can call it that, is nothing but a bunch of copy and paste regulations from their site that you can read on your own but completely and utterly useless because the language written is like lawyer legal speak that is both technical and confusing. Definitely and deliberately frustrating to buyers such as myself.
My major issue here is that they are now willfully and willingly cancelling orders for items not paid after four days. Four days! Before you people who start to say why can't you pay within that time, I will make this very clear for those with very short attention spans and ADD. What if you're bidding on another item and you want to save money buy combining everything all at once? Before, eBay used to allow up to seven to ten days for this or any transaction to be completed or at the very least, the seller and buyer communicate their intentions and work it out. Now, they are taking this away from the sellers themselves in which this recently happend when eBay cancelled a transaction in which I had emailed the seller days prior not to cancel or relist and that I was going to pay for it in a few days. Guess what happens next... eBay is the one who cancels the order on the very day I was going to pay for it. I contacted the seller thinking it was him who cancelled and guess what... IT WASN'T. IT WAS EBAY THEMSELVES WHO DID IT. The seller was furious but not at me, but them for doing what they did without even allowing us to communicate. Thankfully, this seller was willing to sell the item to me for a second time and the transaction went fine.
Why is eBay doing this? Well, because they freaking think they can compete with Amazon and sadly they're wrong in that regard because for one they have actual workers that are called "CUSTOMER SERVICE" remember those? You call, they answer. RIGHT! Where is that now? Now it's emails that take an eternity and a day and when you get a response it's a half assed one from someone in a third world country calling themselves "Joe" trying to act like they speak proper English but they don't. At least with Amazon you can actually chat with someone on your computer or talk over the phone and try to resolve your problems right then and there and not have you wait three days for answer whenever eBay's customer services finishes looking up the proper response, or answer off Google or through one of their neatly understandable written scripts given to them from the main headquarters in California. Written in plain English BTW. Just so you know. What is infurating about all this is the fact that the company simply doesn't give a damn about it's customers by coming up with some really insulting regulations that have completely ruined the experience for both sellers and buyers alike. They treat people like myself as if we're completely stupid and they think that it is okay that they can treat us like this. Well, they're wrong and the problem, is people who are giving these people glowing reviews for garbage service that even McDonald's makes them look extremely pathetic in. They should be embarrassed that their customer service is completely atrocious and reliant on scripts and copy and paste rules and regulations tactics instead of providing real service like everyone else does. Where is the money that they get from sellers going to and why don't they reinvest it in quality service? Sadly, the truth is that they really don't give a damn about the customers anymore especially since they allow illegal items unlike before when they were clamping down on these things and also, sellers who use profane or threatening massages through their site. If you report them, all they do is get a slap on the wrist and back to selling they go with eBay getting their piece of the pie. Many of these "glowing" reviews are way off base and they shouldn't be glowing about a company that is throwing their own rules out the window and screwing over both the sellers and buyers in every single way. It's like the movie "Desperado" with Antonio Banderas where people go into a crappy bar and drink the worst beer imaginable but they have the gumption to speak the truth. If their customer service is so great, then why is it so difficult to get ahold of them. Why does it take three days to get a response and when you do get it, you get even angrier because they're treating you like an idiot and giving you links (thanks to copy and paste!) to the rules and regulations which are more confusing thanusing Google where you can get real answers to your questions at this point. Google is simpler by far and smarter than any eBay bot or employee at this point. If you trained a chimpanzee at this point, they'd do a great job than what you're getting now with the people that even have working that you can never get ahold of.
Yes, it is great to get this stuff a good price but where's the value, courtesy and respect that buyers like myself deserve or even sellers for that matter. Both are screwed either way if eBay keeps going the way they're going and more crappy rules are implemented and lack of customer service, it's going to get a million times worse. Things would be better if they stop messing with the website and changing everything that was working before to something even uglier and worse. It almost seems like many of the glowing posters are the ones encouraging this behavior but I definitely do not and that is why I'm writing this because I hate it and I won't tolerate it anymore. I really hope they change this stupid rule back to the way it was or I will just get things from Amazon or somewhere else that doesn't involve bidding or ignorant rules that they keep changing at every six months. It's a horrible way to get things and in the long run, more aggravating to look at knowing that you've gone through a horrible experience to get it.

Buyers should be aware of a secret 4 day cancellation policy in which eBay themselves, not the seller's envoke and cancel transactions instantly after that time. It is another version of the UPI Assistant in secret. Buyers should contact sellers in regards to this cancellation policy that they have envoked which ruins sales on both sides.

Ebay Policies and cost are making it impossible for American Sellers
Over the years I've sold products on Ebay but it's to the point it's impossible to make any money there due to the ever increasing cost related to selling.
First of all, all of their selling fees have gone over the top. This is an example of all of the cost involved for a seller
1. Listing fees ( just for listing the item)
2. If you have an item that requires a lot of photos, extra photos means extra cost
3. You can choose to "promote " your item, this means if you actually want your item to be seen, you will need to pay this extra fee to get any real exposure, it can range from an average of around 5% of the final selling free to as high as 10% or more. It's up to you, but if you don't do it, generally your items are very slow to sell because of so much competition much of which is foreign and they can sell and ship at a fraction of your cost.
4. If you want to list in more than one category, there's an extra cost on regular items of. 30 to list your item in more than one category. It may not sound like much, but if you're selling 100 items, and you have multiple quantities, it reknews every 30 days or every time you re-list the items.
5 You can elect to use these options if you want to be seen also: Stand out with a bold title in search results($6.00) Meaning if you want your item highlighed, it cost $6.00 to make it "stand out" and be seen.
Related Paypal - Ebay cost that come AFTER the sale. Once your item sells the fees are as follows.
1. Paypal fees. Pay pal takes their cut right off of the top which averages around 2-3 % of the entire selling cost and this also includes 2-3% of the cost of shipping which is included in the total paid via paypal when you sell. This is called a "transaction fee". They're charging you 2-3% on every dollar from the sale.
2. Ebay fees:
This is an example of how the fees work now:
1. Final valuation fee when it sells. This cost is around 10% of the selling price. Example if you sell an item for say $20.00, it will cost you around $2.00 for this fee
2. If you promoted the item so that it could be seen, the 'average' cost to "make it stand out" where it can be seen among the millions of other items will be around 5% to do an real good, but I've found that 7-10% is about the only way to really make your item be seen which on a $20.00 item lets split the difference and say it cost you used 7%. This means another 1.40 to "promote it' to make it stand out.
3. Final valuation fee on shipping. What exactly does this mean? It means that ebay is charging you a fee of 10% on the actual cost of what it cost you to ship. If you use their check out process with U.S. P. S for example and it cost you an average of $7.00 -12.00 to ship., then you're looking at around another. 70 -1.20 fees that Ebay makes money on for charging you a fee on TOP OF the U.S. P. S shipping cost. You will note that U.S. P. S cost have gone up ridiculously in the last 2 years as has FED X and UPS. They are gouging us. Ebay shows you a shipping cost on check out and tells the seller "you're getting a discount of XX amount for using Ebay - USPS shipping check out, but then they turn around and charge you a 10% sur-charge on the so called discount that USPS is actually supposed to be giving you.
4. Sales tax. If the customer's state charges sales tax, then ebay collects that sales tax from the PRICE OF YOUR ITEM. You also have to pay sales tax to YOUR state when it sales. If you do not add sales tax then it cost you. Meaning, if the customers state is already charging them sales tax, and you're collecting sales tax for your state, then it gets very confusing and costly and makes it nearly impossible for you to sale.
I have found that by the time you list your item, promote it so that it moves fast enough to make it worth trying to sell, paypal, ebay, the postal service shipping fees, it usually works out to about 35-40% of the total of what ebay to show as your sales related cost. You cannot possibly offer free shipping on most items and pay the ebay -USPS -Fed X shipping prices today. If you add sales tax, the cost of the item that you're selling, price of shipping related items such as boxes, packaging, tape, etc etc, you're looking at a minimum of around 35-40%...
For example if I sell any item for $14.95, I usually make around $10.00 off of it if I'm lucking and that's only if I charge the customer for shipping cost. That does not include the cost of the item. Most of the time, if you're buying your items and re-shipping, you're realistically not making that much. Under this scenario you have to ship thousands of items to make a living at it.
The postal service shipping cost are unbelievable now. You start out with a tiny flat rate box at around $5.00 plus or a padded envelope which cost around $7.55 or maybe a regional box A or B which can cost anywhere from a low 7-8 dollars to 20.00 dollars or more depending on where you are shipping in the country.
How does FED X, USPS and EBAY think that an American seller can make any money any longer? The Greater question is, How do these Chinese and Asian sellers, sell their items for a fraction of the cost and ship them half way around the world for less than what it cost an American shipper to ship items at all?
These foreign sellers are sellling every thing from illegal medications, plants and seeds that our government does not allow, pet and human products not approved by the F. D. A. Or U.S. D. A that ebay has blocked American sellers from even selling. You can't even sell Fish antibiotics or for poultry items in this category because of EBAY guide lines that they claim are U.S. D. A guidelines, but thousands of foreign sellers are selling the same items / products for a fraction of the cost of what we could actually sell them for if Ebay allowed us to sell them at all. Most of them aren't even illegal, but ebay will block you from selling if you list them, while you can find hundreds if not thousands of listing for these same type items from foreign sellers. Many of these "veterinary' items will be expired.
They report you if you list them. Ebay blocks you and refuses to allow you to sell, while hundreds or more sellers from foreign countries peddle their illegal seeds, antibiotics and non F. D. A approved medications and other products all over their site.
I can literally go onto their site and buy all sorts of over the counter medications that were produced in other countries, that do not have F. D. A approval both for human beings and animals. You can find tens of thousands of listings for plants and seeds on the site that are considered to be invasive and not approved for sale or distribution into this country but Ebay has continued to allow them to sell ALL of these products for decades now.
An American seller doesn't have much of a chance on this site. Between these extraordinary Ebay fees, USPS unbelievable shipping cost, a foreign seller can literally sell in our country for a small fraction of what it cost us to buy, ship and sale. How can they ship a. 99 item 5 thousand miles around the world, sell it for. 99 cent with free shipping, and I can't even ship a 2 oz package for less than 7.00? They're using OUR postal services at a fraction of the cost of what it's costing me to ship in my own country. They're making use of OUR postal service for NOTHING. If the situation was reversed and I tried to ship to China, you would be talking XX dollars just to start.
I am writing this because our Government needs to start doing it's job and START to protect the American sellers AND consumers. We can't compete in our own country against the Chinese and foreign sellers because these sites allow foreign sellers to sell items that Ebay and our own Government won't allow us to sell, and then to add insult to injury, we can't even ship the item because it cost so much now. The Chinese can ship a 10 lb large box to this country for what it cost me to ship an envelope.

Worst customer Service and worst buyer protection policies i ever seen. I bought a phone for $860.( Ebay item# **************) Request seller to cancel order,( seller knew the game on ebay) so he insisted to ship item and when he will get back he will refund i wasn't available item sent back automatically to seller. I opened case for refund ebay close case in seller favor so seller got my money n will get phone back too. Ebay isn't willing to help at all after seeing my communication ( ebay messages) and usps tracking *********************) information. Still they claim they can't help ( im screwed with $860) what an amazing website can't protect buyers at all. I think ebay is involved with those crooks and protecting them... never get my refund ebay flatly refused.
