I have made a few purchases and have been satisfied. I was not satisfied with the last product and posted a review. The review was rejected as not meeting their website guidelines. I read the guide and violated no guideline. I just gave a non-favorable review. This makes me question their entire review process. How can I trust it if negative reviews are filtered out.
Bought a full quarter panel from Eastwood for $697 dollars. It is advertised as an AMD panel, which is high quality, made in USA and, rightfully costs about $600 to $700. What I received was an "X-Panel", that AMD also sells at a much lower price ($399) that is made in China. This is false advertising, fraud, price gauging and just down right dishonest. I paid more for a high quality product, and got sent the lower quality product at the same price. NEVER again will I trust this company.

Worst experience ever! Maybe this is the way I can finally reach this company! To start, on December 28th I had placed an order for a powder coating gun and an air regulator. When I checked my confirmation, only the gun was on the order and that's the only thing they charged me for. Never got another email saying anything wasn't in stock. So I thought I just forgot to add it to my cart. I didn't receive it in mail, nor pay for it so it wasn't an issue. I went to the store that same day and bought a regulator. A whole 2 weeks after my powder gun arrived, I noticed they charged my account for the air regulator on January 12th. I emailed them right away and told them the story. No one responded. I called 3 times that day, sat on the phone for 10 min each time waiting on someone to pick up. No one did. I tried calling everyday…. Now today is January 26th! I've sent them 4 long emails, called everyday, and not willing to help me. And ontop of everything, I've used this gun 4 times so far and it broke out of my control. It's a cheap piece of crap that you pay a ton for. This company is a scam, takes your money without you knowing and not even shipping it, not that I need it anymore. And takes you a MONTH to get a response, which I have to get. So im hoping this will reach the right person

If you did not receive their response please check your spam/junk folder as sometimes our emails can accidentally get sorted by the email provider.
We are sorry for any confusion as the air regulator is present on both the sales order confirmation and the online order we received however at the time of the order the air regulator went on backorder which is why it did not ship right away with the powder gun.
Additionally, we are so sorry however, the earliest email message we have from the email address on your order dates 1/19 - if you sent a previous email under a different email address please let us know so we can further investigate the miscommunication.

Lots of ordering issues. I didn't receive the correct items and had to pay out of pocket to send them back. Coupons seem to be a scam. Coupons are accepted but make no change in the order total. Even the coupons they sent me. After my first experience with Eastwood, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I went to the Reno Nevada store looking for 2k dura spray paint in satin black the store had 20 cans of gloss black not 1 satin. The sales person said they can order it and I would have it Saturday (it did not come) on Wednesday I get a notice that a label had been created and the product was on the way. 5 days after the order was placed. Tried to cancel it and was advised that they could not cancel the order as I went to Summit Racing and got what I needed. This company sucks!
Moved them down to 1 star. I am still in the return process 8-9 months later. I have finally got a return label and sent the products back 2 months ago. I have still not received a refund.
Purchased an air needle scaler and stitch weld magnets. Products work well and sales staff was very helpful.

Worst company I have ever felt with company tried to get me to order 2 times and get double charged never got my product and horrible system that deals with billing kept flagging my card even though I use it all the time same information and then the said they could order the product again but I'd be charged again can't express the discontent with this company use TCP or anything else instead
Hello Kalei, After reviewing I do see that your order was stopped by our security software. You were not billing twice. That is an authorization on your card to verify that funds are available. We use a software to protect our customers from unauthorized use.
Purchased a gallon of 2 stage mailibu sunset metalic orange paint to paint new for my 66 Belvedere and went and arrived it's a peach color not Orange. If you go to the website and look at the paint it is my car in the picture on the website that was painted several years ago. Took the pain and my hood to the professional painter which has been a nightmare trying to get it to match up and when I called them to tell them that paint is way off I said they can't guarantee a color match because it is mixed by different people. Would not back up their product even though it says 100% guarantee. They lost a customer here. It is nowhere close my painter said it's off like seven shades. Did you ever use this paint and you need to replace the panel you're going to have a lot of trouble.
At first, we were off to a good start. I had ordered a welding top, leg kit and plasma table. Customer service picked up that I may have order the wrong sized leg kit, contacted me, I deferred to them and they were going to switch to a different size leg kit. What I received was two leg kits, and the welding top with not plasma table. They also billed be twice for the order. Nearly a year of nothing short of 4 dozen emails, the issue remains unresolved, and I am still out $1600. I would not, under any circumstances, order anything from a company that cannot resolve their errors.

As per the last email we sent you. You were not billed for more than what your ordered. There was not a plasma table top on your order and we sent you the correct lag set that you needed that you were not charged for. Please review the invoices we sent over. I placed my order and it was to show up on the following Saturday. It never showed and Eastwood had zero information including tracking. I filled out their form for support. I got a bot answer back with videos and a promise of a human follow-up. Never anything from them I filled out the form 3 different times with 3 bot emails back. I insulted them and still nothing. Three weeks later my order wonders in with zero communication from Eastwood. Do not blame this on covid as it is just that Eastwood doesn't give a crap about us. I ordered my husband a new welder from Eastwood because I heard it was a good place to buy from them. I placed the order December 11,2021. I also purchased accessories for the welding as well. I still have NOT gotten one of the items and everytime I call them, they tell me, oh it is expected in February 2022 and then April 2022, and now I'm being told September 2022! I've already paid for the item and still no definite news about the part! Not very dependable, that's for sure! I don't know if I would really recommend them to anyone!

Placed my order on 5/9/22 with 7-10 day shipping. On day 11 I called to get a status update and the representative wanted to argue it was only day 9. It's now day 15 and I still don't have a shipping confirmation. I will never buy from them again.

Answer: Hello Don, after the 3-year warranty has expired we recommend that if any malfunctions happen with your welder; the welder be taken to a local repair shop. At that point, a call can be placed to our customer solutions department to purchase parts to have the welder repaired.

Answer: Charles, Admittedly, we've had a tough time with a total system overhaul that occurred at the end of August 2016. We've come a long way since then but have run into other issues as Laura points out, where the black powders got mislabeled leading to glossy black being packaged as satin black.
