Still no notice of it shipping to me in Canada? I got the spool gun and accessories but no welder. It looks like the best deal on the web so I imagine it's popular but it'd be nice to know I'd have to wait instead of it being an unpleasant surprise.

Have ordered over $500 in the past month and all 3 orders have been a total F* nightmare. I literally just got off the phone with a customer service rep named Angela. I called because my order showed (at the same time on different pages on their website) both backordered And Shipped. WTF? SO I call to ask whats up. Angela comments that it takes 5-9 days before I likely will receive the order. The order is already 5 days old and hasn't left the warehouse, nor can she tell me when it might leave.

It was a professional and I thought pleasant conversation, but when I said goodbye I failed to hit the end call button and I heard Angela calling me a d*ckhead, and grousing about asking about my order after 5 days. I couldn't believe my ears.

Just amazing that in this competitive world, we have customer service people so jaded and rude, and clearly poorly managed that they would care so little.

Needless to say, I will never buy another thing from this company. Back to amazon and the great shipping and customer service. I may have to go through a few more steps to find some of these things, but I don't mind. There is no excuse for calling a customer a dic*head on the phone.

So IF you like to be ignored, abused and wait and wait for your products, and put up with crap customer service, then stay with Eastwood! If not, the
BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered a TIG welder and a few accessories. When I received tracking I found it was sent to a 10 year old address even though I provided a current one.

Now, the torch was on back order, a fact they failed to let me know about. When the box arrived I was unpleasantly surprised to find the torch and accessories missing.

I was offered excuses about database migration to a new billing system, but that the delay would be "weeks, not months" like that makes it better.

When it was shipped it was AGAIN sent to the wrong address. Even though I contacted them they did nothing about it and it was sent back. After being hung up on several times I got someone who SEEMED to know what she was doing. She promised it would be sent in the next day or two. Now, a week later, I find it has just been shipped and no tracking is available nor any verbal estimate on its arrival beyond 8 - 10 days.

I'm sending it all back!

Bad Service

I was a Customer at Eastwood paints and very dissatisfied with their service.
I ordered over 400 dollars in product most of it came in at reasonable amount of time but I ordered one of there clearcoats and I waited and waited. I called them and was told int would be in middle of month. So I waited middle of month I called now they tell me end of the month or around first of next month. I did not want any more run around so I ordered a different type Clear coat finally got it. They gave me blunt answers like when I called it seemed Like I was bothering them. I got no discount for waiting no apology nothing. They will not give you the paint number so if you need more paint you have to get it from them.
I will never deal with them again. Thats final

I was extremely enthusiastic about this company based on the many helpful DIY videos they've posted and the nice assortment of products they offer, specifically their auto painting tools and materials. But, when a part of my first order was damaged in shipment and I had to begin to deal with their customer service department my opinion of this company has quickly plummeted. After calling more than five times and waiting more than two weeks after the original shipment date, I've yet to receive any more of the items I've paid for, more than $250 of products. When I asked their customer service if they could expedite the missing items, I was rudely told by the obviously miserable service rep that they absolutely do NOT expedite shipment. It's ironic how that was the one thing these people could tell me with certainty. I'm now trying to cancel the rest of my order and intend never to do business with them again. I would recommend to anyone considering buying from Eastwood that they go elsewhere.

I purchased over 2000 dollars worth of equipment from Eastwood. It was my first and last. Normally I wouldn't make such a large purchase from a company I've never used but I've heard mostly good things and they seem to have the diy or hobbyist without a whole lot of money in mind. Decent stuff at a good price. And I'm not saying they don't. I am pleased with most of the things I ordered. My problem is with the management of my order. Like I said I ordered a few things and a after a few days of purchasing them I found out the had of my purchase was back ordered. Would've been nice to know before. After about a week maybe more had past when I seen than almost an additional 1000 dollars was taken from my account without permission. I sent a few emails to there customer service with no reply. So after waiting a week I called there office and it was after hours so I left a message and never got a call back. The next day the money was returned to my account. No compensation for overdrafting my account without permission not even an emailed apology. So now it is almost a month after receiving all my products that I seen eastwood has made another unauthorized transaction from my account. I was told they would have to forward it to there finance department. They have yet to return my money. Thank the Lord that it wasn't the only money I had or else I'd be in trouble. Long story short if you order from these guys better have some extra money in your account to cover the illegal charges they may make. Completely disappointed with this company you shouldn't have to worry about this happening. And if anyone from Eastwood reads this feel free to contact me *******@Yahoo.com I will be leaving reviews on several sites today. Thank you all and God bless.
