I paid the extra for 4 day shipping and it is now 12 days and no dress, I had nothing to wear for a surprise lingerie shower and I'm 6 months pregnant so I was looking farward to a maternity dress I'm very disappointed and will never spend a extra penny on faster shipping with this company, I've used the standarded 7 day shipping and got my package before the 7 days what kind of bs is that?

DHL Worst service

I ordered some traditional clothes from India worth more than $200 and on the day of delivery I got a message saying package got delivered (I opted for Signature option on delivery) but to my surprise the order status showed package delivered (status showed some signature as proof which is not mine nor my spouse).
I called up DHL on phone and informed all everything to them, they recorded all the details and said they will follow up with the driver and update me, after 2 days some guy "Pedro Rodriguez" called from DHL and said DHL is still in the process of contacting driver and update me as soon as they get some information and after 2 days i get a call saying sorry inconvenience sir your package got delivered at the given address and we cannot do anything about it. "The Driver said he left the package at the front of the house"... what the heck! In spite of the signature on delivery option. WOW seriously!

It's like the saying - The operation is successful but patient died.

I definitely neither recommend nor going to use DHL service in future.

After having made an online order through a website from abroad, i chose the DHL option over the simple method. HUGE MISTAKE. In that point, after having paid the hole amount of DHL, THEY DID NOT EVER INFORMED ME that for orders over 30$ NOT ONLY I HAD TO PAY TAXES but also to pay another amount for their services. Then after having made the order they informed me that my order has been stopped for clearance, and they informed me that i had to pay taxes WITHOUT INFORMING ME ABOUT OTHER EXTRA CHARGES. After many days i received an email that informed me about extra costs apart from the taxes BIGGER EVEN THAN THE TAXES. When i called them to try solve the issue and asked them what was all about, they just told me that was the mistake of their employe and "ok we are human and we do mistake and forget to inform you". I asked politely the supervisor to find a solution and i accepted to pay the taxes but not the other costs.

SUPERVISOR was fully unable to find a solution (even the employee was more helpful) and she consisted that it was not her mistake and can do anything. I am really frustrated about all my inconvenience. THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND NOT HELPUL

I ordered a hair lotion from an Italian pharmacy which delivers all over the world. The product has been blocked in Moscow; dhl claimed the lack of information about what was inside the box, then the customer service asked me if it was a hair product (so the information was there then!). I called dhl on the phone and the operator said at first that I had to send them documents about the product (how could I send documents of a product that I have not yet received!?), then he said that it was ok, they found the information needed and they were sending me the product the next Monday (it was still Wednesday!). More then 10days for only a 2000km delivery, cost 50 euro for less than 1,5kg! Unbelievable. Dhl is defenetly not worth using, better go with other companies.

Well done to DHL

Well done to DHL; ordered through IPostParcel on the 4th may.
Picked up on the 5th & delivered on the 9th to Nigeria.
No issues or long delays. Package intact & nothing missing

While using bedabox for shopping in Europe, one of the company to handle my packages to Africa in this company DHL. Even thou they have a policy on lithium, but there price is great and low in comparison with other company. It takes two weeks to get my packages or three but it great company, well organized and great.

My parcel, sent express, was supposed to arrive on the 12th to 13th of April 2017. The tracking said it arrived in Auckland on the 11th. I waited every damn day for the parcel which was URGENT, it never came! It was supposed to arrive much faster. Guess when it arrive? TODAY. Why? I emailed them early yesterday about it and double guess what? They never fu*king replied! It took an email (they never responded) to get them sending my package out. It sat in their bloody depot for 9 bloody days. The worst service ever. Nz post or courier post is so much better than these people.
Now my best friend has to receive her 21st gift LATE.

Absolutely unreliable

I booked a DHL express Collection and delivery to Amsterdam with the premium delivery guarantee for pre 9AM. This was for a very important tender in Amsterdam and 11AM was the absolute deadline.
I was convinced that with the premium guarantee and the two hour delay between the delivery time and deadline I could rest assured that this would not fail. However DHL were able to mess this up and they delivered the package at 11:50. Our disappointment after preparing for days for this tender is obvious but i decided to remain calm and call DHL to at least get the 50 GBP refunded. A friendly lady called Kerry apologised for their failure and committed to refund me for the costs incurred. However, when i received the confirmation email i noted to my surprise the cheapo's at DHL had decided that i would only get the premium cost back which was 18 GBP. Utterly disgraceful and pointless. I told them to keep the 18 GBP and we will not be using their services again.

52hours and 12minutes from Sarasota to Pietermaritzburg. That has to be a major record. Out of Sarasota near Tampa in Florida, USA, and two days later, through Customs and the cargo terminal in Johannesburg, to my doorstep in Pietermaritzburg, a small inland town on the east coast of South Africa. DHL can be seriously amazingly fast.

Been using this shipping company for years and always got only the best impression about their service. Yup, it costs additional money compared to esps or such, but its totally worth. Use it if you need to deliver something valuable promply and completely undamaged.

Scandal!

I should get my parcel on Dec 22, on Dec 23 I received a text that my parcel is ready for pick up in town which is 200 km away from me! I didn't request that, but on website they wrote that! So I called there and rude guy told me that DHL doesn't deliver to my town! BULL$#*!! I got parcels from DHL previously! He told me that an expert will call me on... Dec 28! Can you imagine? This parcel was a Christmas gift and I wasn't be able to give it, because of fuc@#!$g DHL! Moreover they don't answer on messages via website! Total SCAM!

So here is my case, I purchased from Banggood.com who picked DHL as the shipping company.

By the time my package arrived my home city, they delivered my package to the wrong address (they don't know where) and it was signed by an unknown person.

Now DHL doesn't want to be responsible from their mistake and my package is now lost, they tried to locate the missing package but they don't remember where they delivered (of course not my house)

Because of this Banggood.com doesn't want to be responsible either because there is a proof of delivery from this unknown individual.

I'm empty handed, no package nor refund.

They suck

I had a package sitting in their Memphis site since 9-19 today is 9-29 I just got it today. This is after calling to find out why the last place scanned was there and what happened. Well yet another place that had every excuse to why I couldn't talk to a supervisor. And they had no idea where my package went and wouldn't admit they lost it. Best part about DHL is thank goodness my package wasn't breakable because it was smashed at some point and multiple layers of tape added to the box.

Pathetic

Seriously, DHL are a JOKE. The tracking number says it's been delivered. Well, guess what? I work from home and it has most definitely not been delivered. Just like the last time. And, just like the last time, I'm probably going to have to drive out to your office near the airport and manually pick up the package because your delivery person was too lazy to actually deliver it. It's not an exaggeration to say that I hate DHL. They are pathetically incompetent.

Well, DHL you made it on my $#*! list!
When people pay your already overbloated fee we expect to receive a decent service in return, right? Well, not in the DHL world I guess. I had to pay "storage and handling" fee when I got the package in my home country!

It seems like having a happy experience with DHL is of legend. Ordered some items from China. For a week, tracking info never updated, though it showed it was picked up. When it finally did, all it said was it was returned to shipper & to contact DHL customer service. So I contact DHL & they tell me to contact the shipper & they have no other info. Then TWO days later, it shows it DELIVERED to my city & state & was signed for by "Benson" in which there's no one in my household with a name even close to that. So from CHINA all of the sudden it made it to me in (2) days? Of course not! The package was never delivered to me!

I've been promised by DHL to deliver my shipment between 2-4 days. BUT till today (20 days) passed and my shipment not delivered nor they do care to help DHL SAUDI ARABIA.

The worse company, staff and services EVER!

Impressive

Since ordering from Dresslily, which I LOVE, I've become familiar with DHL. I cannot believe how fast items arrive in Ohio from Singapore - usually 6 days - and with accurate tracking.
Great international shipper.

If it was possible to give them zero stars then I would have done that.
DHL is the worst company to send or deliver packages. I am HORRIFIED by their service!
It seems as if the drivers are in-charge of the company instead of the managers or CEOs. I was supposed to get a shipment today and I sat at home waiting for the driver to come. The driver didn't show up and when I checked online for the shipment tracking, the driver had commented that the 'customer refused delivery'. I tried contacting the customer services manager for four hours after that stupid update by the driver. Finally when the manager called me back after four hours, he just said that he can not contact the driver and it seems that the driver just signed off and my package is in another city and now I have to wait three days (as it's a long weekend) to get my shipment.
WHAT kind of a delivery company has absolutely NO CONTROL over their drivers?!
Worst company ever. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
