My parcel was signed for and said it was delivered. This was not the case. It's a small office building with a reception desk, there hasn't even been a DHL van anywhere near our building today, let alone anyone delivering a package. This isn't even the first time I had issues with them, half the time they say "we missed you", well how about actually visiting the address first? If they did, there would have been people here that can accept the package. But in this case, they just signed for the package 3 minutes before the end of the delivery window. Now I don't have my package and I have a problem.

Let's just say DHL is very unprofessional I was home all day waiting on my package for over month the I kept tracking my package to see where it was at 7:13 they decided to send me a text that delivery was attempted but recipient wasn't home. First off I live in a building and I have made it clear on my address and my apartment number and they decided to leave a note downstairs in the lobby I called customer service well not a surprise they were useless I'm very unhappy with this service fedex and ups is much better. Make sure you don't use DHL at all they will say you aren't home when you are. They didn't even ring downstairs to get buzzed in nothing absolutely nothing and they had the audacity to say I wasn't home

I have been waiting about 3 weeks and one of the weeks is just from DHl messing up and not doing there job. My package was support to be here 7 days ago and I have called DHL twice not and each time they have basically told me that they have messed up and that either someone entered my information into a computer incorrectly or that someone physically didn't load the package onto the truck. What I'm trying to say is don't use DHl

First time no one shown up and on the web they put that delivery has been attempted by driver- not a true!
They set delivery for next day and before delivery time they have just changed for another day.
Automated system won't let you talk to anyone. The number on their website is useless. The 0844 is for dhl express and they just tell you its different company and has nothing to do with dhl parcel.
I will make complain to the supplier who is sending me an item to think about changing delivery company.

I just received my package which should have been here over a week ago. They "ACCIDENTALLY" delivered it to Quebec instead of Calgary which in turn resulted in me cancelling my appointment last weekend because the package was part of the appointment. Then made me wait through the long weekend, because apparently DHL does work on weekends like Canada Post. I spoke to a few customer service representatives and they told me up[on me asking will I have to pay anything when the package gets here and they said NO... the conversation is RECORDED, however upon arrival I was forced to pay the fee or the driver would not release the package to me. DHL is a JOKE! If you can, AVOID USING DHL AT ALL COSTS! Use EMS if purchasing from CHINA and Fedex/Purolator or UPS if purchasing from USA or Europe. Disgusted.

I have never managed to receive any parcel sent with DHL. They are either using wrong address, or they can't find address, or they are severely delayed... I wonder why any companies are using it. Next time I order something delivered with DHL I will cancel it beforehand. Today I had to commute to a different town to collect my parcel (I had to call myself many offices and find out where this was) and importantly this was received 2.5 weeks after the expected day... Just never use it.

NOBODY SHOULD EVER USE THEM TO SHIP FRAGILE ITEMS TO SAUDIA ARABIA!

They will damage the package and they'll not even care. They'll not answer your emails in timely manner. They will let you deal with drivers who don't speak neither Arabic nor English

3 times I used them and all the 3 times they delivered my package damaged. That's a 100% failure rate

I recently ordered a cigar cooler and I added extra paddings to the package. DHL opened the package, removed the paddings, repacked it in a very bad way and delivered it damaged.

It is too much to say. Just avoid using them.

I've never receive any package ever shipped with DHL! Not a single one! They either deliver to the incorrect address (it's always in a different state and supposedly per delivery instructions by someone who is yet to be identified.), it's lost or it's cancelled (again by some unknown entity). Fortunately the various companies that I have placed these orders with over the years have refunded my money. The next time I find out DHL is involved I'll cancel the order before I hit the "send" button. It almost makes me wonder if there's some sort of scam or fraud going on.

I got a text message stating your package is schedule to deliver today (June 27th, 2019) by end of the day. When I check the shipment tracking on DHL website it clearly stated package was given to the drive and scheduled for delivery by end of the day at 11:40 AM( June 27th, 2019) When I call DHL people they said my package was supposed to deliver on July 1st. It came early and DHL people told me that they don't have time and space on the delivery truck to deliver before the scheduled date. That's fine why did you send me a text message that states delivery by end of today (June 27th, 2019) it doesn't make any sense to me. For me it's like inviting some one for lunch and serve the food and tell him, hey I am sorry why don't you come after 2 days even though I invited you today. I am willing to pick up my package on June 27th, 2019 at 5:00 PM, even though my package was ready and scheduled for delivery on June 27th, 2019 at 11:40 Am, they told me, my package is in container and it won't be ready till tomorrow (June 28th, 2019) for pickup. Is this a joke? I have all proofs for what I am saying. Un professional, Un Organized, irresponsible, Customer service and Support. Bad customer service and Support. You don't deserve 1 star, it's ZERO star for you guys for such type of irresponsible service and support.
