My parcel was not picked up because I did not specifically confirm that it had to be picked up... What am I here for DHL? Customer service made it then worse by changing my address from Indonesia to India.
My urgent delivery went down the drain.
When trying to cancel the request, nobody was authorised to do this, from one customer desk to the other. This never again.
DHL are an absolute disgrace - we purchased a 4 days international delivery service, and 12 days later the parcel has not yet left the UK and DHL customer service are doing absolutely nothing about it.
Driver lied and said they was unable to deliver my package because no one was home to sign for it my husband and kids was home not only that I have cameras in my front and back no delivery truck pulled up in front my house no strange person even stepped foot in my yard. That driver needs to be fired for lying because it's people out here that want to work and that will do their correctly!
They switched the address and tried to tell me that my zip code to my address didn't match and it was to Williamsburg, Virginia. I live in a whole different state 556 miles from there and ive lived here my whole life i know my address and zip code. Then when i called about it they said there was nothing they can do to call usps then gave me the wrong number. I will never recommend dhl or use it again. Zero rating for me..
Received two packages today delivered by DHL. Would never recommend hiring their services if you like the safety of your package. The person that delivered the packages to my door step today literally dropped it to the ground in front of me. I said that wasn't very nice to drop it like that on concrete and if anything in the box is damaged now and she didn't care, just started arguing. The delivery required a signature and she didn't even bother to get a signature. Very incompetent people providing service who don't give a care for anything.
Aims to lord over receivers.
Force receiver to let them drop parcel off without any human interaction. "No choice" as choice.
Place parcel behind front door no matter how heavy and big parcel is to block door/entrance.
Does not contact by e-mail.
Deliver whenever they want to(could be earlier and could be late). Force you to select a time to their convenience, and still cannot keep it.
If I could give them zero stars I would. After a "on hold" message I was promised by several reps my package would deliver today. I even offered to pick it up at the depot because they couldn't seem to figure out how to move my package from their main depot to a staples location fir pick up. Didn't deliver today and now they've given it to the post office. Fail. Fail. Fail.
I understand why this company has a 1.5 rating. If I could give them a minus one, I would. This company hires employees who know nothing about customer service, they don't even aim to please. My package sat in their facility while I needed the item for an event. I offered to pick it up because I thought that would solve the problem. In their company it takes 48 hours to have a package available for pick up. They don't do deliveries o weekends so my item will come on Monday or I can pick it up on Monday after my event. MONDAY MAKES NO DIFFERENCE YOU INCONSIDERATE PEOPLE. My event will be over then. They texted me over and over until I thought it was a scam. I called several times and each time it was a different problem. What is my buzzer, a whopping $27 is needed for us to move your item.I was at the point of a nervous breakdown trying to communicate with them. I would never x100 recommend this company to anyone. I broke down crying, I 62+ years old and this broke me to know that the item I needed flew half way around the world to get to me for an event only to have it sit in A WAREHOUSE IN BRAMPTON. DHL will not get an opportunity to do this to me or any of friends and family again
Received the message into my mailbox that they tried to deliver my package but failed. I was at home whole day waiting for it! Now I need to wait for 4 days more before I can go to the packet station myself to claim it because the packet will be delivered there only on Monday. Ridiculous.
I always cringe when the tracking info shows that DHL is part of the delivery process. For 7 days now, the tracking has shown that the package is sitting In Maryland after it had moved from Kentucky. 7 days! Did they lose it? Did it fall under a rack at the warehouse? Are the DHL employees sitting around laughing with a pile of undelivered packages sits behind them in the background? Must be the cheapest delivery service for retailers.when you ask them what the hold up is, they tell you to wait 10 days past the scheduled delivery date and then contact the place you purchased from. So we can start the nightmare over again when they send out a 2nd order? Nothing you can do about it since I don't get to pick the delivery carrier other than pay for 2 day shipping which would be the same amount as my order. Train wreck of a company.
The package did not arrive.
I tracked the driver's progress when he got close, only for him to mark that there was no response at our address when he had not even set foot here. Customer service had no customer service to offer. If I was DHL I'd be embarrassed.
Have emailed the company I purchased from to share my experience.

I have a shipment that came from overseas that we paid approximately $1500 to ship to us the shipment was supposed to arrive at our home before 7 o'clock on December 7 as of today is still sitting in Cincinnati Ohio where it was last shown on the website on December 6 at 6:15 AM I can't get anyone to get the shipment to me and they say they have no way of doing that they just have to wait until the website updates but they can confirm it is still in Cincinnati Ohio
This is absolute insanity. The delivery driver called me to ask me to take the delivery off his truck because he did not have the doily to. He said he couldnt take down the delivery why dont you make sure you can deliver something before you accept it.He asked me if I had a forklift as if I just have one lying around in a multifamily apartment complex. I called the customer service line and they hung up on me 3 times. When I got to speak to someone they just said someone will give me a call back in 3 hours. By that time the delivery driver left. I was not given a case number nothing- I asked for a manager she said she does not know know who is the manager and there is no manager there that can talk with customers. Shame on these people this is the worst company ever.
Bad service never delivered to mentioned adress.
I ordered 2 packages and i received none of them.One was sent back to the sender they told me that i didn't want to receive it...

There are no words left to say.I just tired to contact them every day, to speak with a different person without actual result or information.Have passed more than 15 days for my order and more than 5 days from their last official message that said that I have to go to pick up the parcel by myself to the post office. I don't know what happened with them,have they lost the packet? I am so frustrated because i have spent so much time in a circle of lies of a company that need to be closed for our own good.There are only bad reviews, people get angry and nobody cares.Please don't sent me another message you are unacceptable.

DHL as an international courier, does not train its staff accordingly. In this case, the delivery driver left my package at the UPS store, where I paid for a yearly PO Box service, dropped the package in the outgoing mail of USPS, and signed himself instead of following the protocol. The protocol is to hand the mail to the staff in the office and have it signed by them when received. I called customer service at DHL, and they barely speak English; after trying to understand many of them after various calls, they told me they would investigate the case. I called back and told them a video from the UPS store showed that the driver did not follow the protocol. In less than six hours, the result of the investigation was finished arguing that the package was delivered!
It has been more than a week, and I paid money to bring the package from overseas in an emergency, plus the cost and the hurdle I have been through as I need the box's content, and DHL has NOT yet an answer or resolution.
They have yet to receive my video and tried to track the package that might still be in the local warehouse of DHL, but they do not want to receive it is best to close the case from their end! Finally, they said I had to contact the shipper overseas, and they would file a complaint, but the case was closed, so they could not file a complaint either. The final answer they give me is to call my financial institution and file a claim!
This kind of service that does not listen and take care of the customers should not exist. I Recommend sending your packages with another courier.
Only 2nd time ive used DHL & they cant even deliver my package on time. Or they lose the package & cant even contact you.
DHL is terrible delivery and terrible service. I had a lot of packages delivered through them and they were all delayed for a very long time (more than a week for sure) and could have been even more delayed if I had not searched and written everywhere that I get tired of waiting. They don't have a normal service, there is nowhere to write, there is only a bot in the chat and no real operator, they respond to emails for an extremely long time. My advice to you: order with other possible services and ask online stores to send with another service. This delivery service shouldn't exist because they really do a terrible job.
I would give them ZERO. I ordered dog collars from Kenya and almost a month later those collars are better travelled than I could ever hope to be. They have been all over the United States with the exception of actually being delivered to the address they were supposed to go to. And now they tell me they can't get into the account because I can't give them the address on the label. I can't give them the address THEY changed it to. And yet on Friday they were able to supposedly correct it to the proper address. I deal with a lot of businesses and this is one I will never ship with and you shouldn't either. Customer service is horrible and they obviously can't do the one thing they are supposed to do which is deliver packages!
Never, literally never has DHL actually delivered a package, instead I'm being told to go to some retail outlet to get the package that they were supposed to deliver to me... why am I paying the delivery fee again?

Answer: DHL always damaged my packages, I don't understand how they are still in business!
Answer: Difficult. Automated system. Rip off phone charges. Cost so far to track our parcel, possibly missing has been around £25 in phone charges. Still trying. They wont phone you back and yet it is their error.
Answer: Simply a NO useless unprofessional company skammers
