About 15 minutes ago I had one your drivers ran me off the road because he had to get by me real quick and up here in Godfrey Illinois, don't know what that is b******* driving likely I didn't follow his a**.
My package is days late with no updated delivery date. I signed up twice to receive all updates and have not received one update. The tracking info will say that my package has been scanned but it doesn't say what state or facility it's at.
I am so angry because DHL never delivered and lied to me. I requested to deliver the items for yesterday 29th Nov 9 am-1 pm through the website, but they never show up, then on the day, the system sent me a message at 16:08 on the 29th that said "they tried to deliver but no one was home" while I was home all day and night! Then I rescheduled another delivery for 9 am-1 pm on 30th Nov (today), and they again never show up while I am home all day and night today, but their system sent me a message at 20:03 saying the same fake message "they tried to deliver but no one was home"! They are liars! Don't use them!
Following up: I have rebooked a delivery for today 1st December. But, again, another no-show-up day on 1st December even after I contacted customer service, and a representative replied to me and asked me for the tracking number which I emailed them. Scammer!
Im very disappointed with DHL it's the worst company I received parcels with, very bad costumer Service I will not recommend to anyone, still waiting for my parcel until now
Horrible horrible horrible customer service. It happened with my last 3 orders. Every time they deliver 1 week late of the expected delivery date.Don't order through DHL if you want timely service and your delivery contains time sensitive items.
Never attempt second delivery attempt and you will end up continually calling customer care service to reschedule your delivery and then never take a step until you call them 5 consecutive days and don't ask me about the wait time in the customer service.

This is one of the worst shipping companies and very terrible services, I'm so upset! They sent only 2 pices from what I have to get and i still got 1 to receive my package was transferred to the next cycle like WHY? They are already late than the delivery day and still haven't received the The shipment that has been held for $#*!. I paid express shipping for literally NOTHING! They only want your money. You pay 20 times the price for nothing this is unprofessional and very EXPENSIVE!. It's a complete scam bull$#*!.
Really useless customer service. From the delivery man to the people on the phone. They delivered late, and asked me to come and pick it up after, if no they will send it back to the shipper, I said go ahead cause due to late delivery I had to come up with a plan B and these guys 'forgot' to register my comments. 4 people 'forgot' to register... Every time I call they say it's waiting for you in the locker, I say but I don't need it anymore, they say Okay we'll send it back to the shipper and it's just not happening

First of all, they will hold your package with BS excuses because they don't have the man power to run the business, they get bottlenecked and put your package on hold with a dirty excuse. WORST OF ALL, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a live person on the phone or chat, simply because they don't have anyone to talk with customers, you get in a maze of bots and go no where. AVOID DHL BY ALL MEANS!
It's taking more than a week to get from the manufacturer to the hand off To usps in the SAME CITY! Then it has to go across country too...
DHL constantly extorts the receiver for additional payments (that weren't mentioned up front) under threat of refusing to deliver their package. Their business ethics are grotesque. Never using them for delivery again.

Absolutely awful company. I placed an order unfortunately the company chose DHL and my package was returned. DHL said it was refused. The package was never delivered! I wanted to leave no stars but that was not an option.
DHL Express is the most horrible shipping experience I had to date. I live in Canada. I placed a UK order on clothing from MAUVAIS. Not only did I pay $40CAD to ship, I had to pay $56CAD (import fees plus 2 other fees that make no sense). Import fees etc should never cost more than the item itself. Unfortunately it's the only option for North Americans. DHL, internationally, is a death-trap.
So many fees to break you at your knees.

Dhl alleged to have delivered to parcels containing a 1000€ pram. I was home they never rang and security camera footage shows nobody from dhl ever came to our building at the alleged time and date of delivery! Thieves!
DHL lies that package is with delivery agency but when contacted after missing my delivery date, it turns out they have no idea where my package is. The agent simply responded that the package is in transit and to continue to track it. Agent made zero attempt to locate my lost. How is that supposed to help me find my lost package? Atleast if you miss my delivery date they could've provided a status update.
Would give zero stars if possible. They lost my shippment and still charge a bs fee, dont use them
Customer care email is slow and they straight up dont care
This is one of the worst shipping companies, don't rely on them. I changed my delivery address through their unfriendly automated system then through their on line chat and finally thru a live person who guaranteed I would have my package today before the weekend and it's still not here. They had the wrong address each time in their system even though I corrected it with them. Now they close at 5:00 pm Arizona time and I have no way to contact them and find out what happened to my package! Beyond frustrating!

Zusteller läutet am Di 15.Nov.2022, ich öffne die Eingangstüre, ich warte, der Zusteller ist weg. DHL behauptet:
(1) Adressat nicht angetroffen (was nicht stimmt).
(2) Adresse ist unvollständig (was nicht stimmt).
Answer: DHL always damaged my packages, I don't understand how they are still in business!
Answer: Difficult. Automated system. Rip off phone charges. Cost so far to track our parcel, possibly missing has been around £25 in phone charges. Still trying. They wont phone you back and yet it is their error.
Answer: Simply a NO useless unprofessional company skammers
Answer: Obviously the drivers are stealing customers packages.
