Address delivery never works

Address delivery never works. They notify you by email a day before delivery, then the courier calls once, and if you missed that call, they send it back, even if you call back... the worse delivery company I know.
And I have had the same experience with DHL in several European countries. Not even once they delivered a parcel to my address, the only working option is the pickup point.

I was informed that I was not home, and therefore I did not receive the delivery. I am working from home. This is a big lie. Nothing is solved, no idea where my package is and then the customer service representative is telling me "To assist another customer who has been waiting, I need to close our chat conversation as we have provided with the available information on our end. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any other questions, please log back in to the DHL Canada chat service. Thank you for using DHL's Services. Goodbye, and have a nice day."

How great is that? Super unprofessional service as many other delivery services. Very frustrating for customers.

Delivery is WITHOUT A DOUBT!
The BIGGEST JOKE! I've ever exprncd! I ordered a Vintage Gold mens Baume Marcier from the U.K
And even after WILLINGLY having paid what's known as the Import Duty of an additional $ 110. This SECOND RATE! Delivery Srvc CONTINUALLY DROPPED! The ball as even though I was VERY SPECIFIC! About this JOKE OF AN OUTFIT! Calling me 2 accept delivery after 4 p.m M.S.TIME
They CONTINUALLY CLAIMED! That NO ONE was available 2 accept my bought and paid 4 gold VINTAGE watch! 2 add INSULT 2 INJURY! This 2nd RATE OUTFIT! That claims
2 be; "GLOBAL EXPERTISE" managed 2 have my expensive gold Vintage item delivered while I was at work!
It's almost as though this INCOMPETENT! JOKE OF AN OUTFIT is EAGERLY AWAITING? Their wanting 2 SCREW UP! Enough

Waiting for days and only information bis driver claims road is closed. DHL needed professional drivers. If USPS, FedEx, UPS and others can deliver why is DHL incapable.

Missing package

I can well understand why DHL has poor reviews, my granddaughter birthday is today', she had a birthday present being delivered by DHL, the delivery was to be signed for, the driver said he delivered the package, but no one was at home to accept the delivery, my granddaughter did not get her delivery, when contacting DHL they're saying it was stolen, how when no one was home to sign for the package, it was not to be left without a signature, DHL is a company not to be trusted, my granddaughter is very upset and disappointed.

"Ihr DHL Paket wird voraussichtlich innerhalb der nächsten 15 Minuten zugestellt!"
Ich sehe den Lieferwagen von meinem Fenster in der Nähe meines Hauses aus.
"Leider konnten wir Ihr DHL Paket nicht persönlich übergeben. Die zur Abholung benötigte Benachrichtigungskarte wird Ihnen innerhalb der nächsten Tage per Brief zugestellt."

Die Zusteller sind so faul, dass sie nicht einmal die Benachrichtigungskarte zustellen wollen, so dass ich mehrere Tage auf den Brief warten muss. Und das ist nicht das erste Mal, Ihr Lieferservice ist für mich wahnsinnig schlecht.

Bad and slowly company

The shipment delayed and no one in the call center help you or give you a reason, even they can't fast it. I shipped from 12 March from Cairo to Canada.
Till now the shipment didn't reach and still in Germany (frankfurte).
Why you take a lot of money

Poor service

My family sent a package to my residence in Germany from Spain. DHL has several options for delivery, if you choose pick your package in a Packstation is cheaper. They chose to pay extra money for the package to be deliver at my place since it was heavy. I spent the whole they at home when it was supposed to be delivered. And of course in the afternoon I received an emal saying that the delivery in person was "impossible" and I had to go pick it up in a store. They didn't even try to deliver it in the indicated address. They took the money and did not do the job.

Paid for collect 24hy delivery + insurance and the useless vermin didn't even collect or contact me - as a business customer this is fraud. THEN THE SAY 7 DAYS TO REFUND IF THEY AGREE! SCAMMMERS AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Full of excuses after charging me significant money for an urgent package to be shipped internationally.
3 days later still in the US. unacceptable. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOUR PACKAGE HAS A TIMELINE.
Operator keeps apologizing which means nothing. CALL FED EX much more reliable

The worst experience you can have with a company almost every time your package will not arrive due for weeks due to some lies or you will need to pick it up yourself in a hangar out of town. Never use these guys

They are very slow and bureaucracy customer service, I ordered some thing from Japan, had some problem with customs. I have to email them, no body answers, I called them, they said they will call me back few business hours, never had call back. I have to spend so many hours to try to contact with them, then they have to transfer me to another department. After few days, I have to it process again. BUT, They are pretend be nice but do not do anything. When I actually ask them to hold me package and wait for the shipper to send the information to the customs, the customer lady become so inpatient and just being like "nice". After one month of this process, we order has been returning to Japan.

Had a delivery confirmation for between 18:21 and 19:21, so waited till 19:30 and started digging around on the DHL website for my delivery. Found that it had been delivered at 14:53 and that I allegedly signed for it.

Went on a little investigation and found my package all wet, it had been thrown over the 2 metre high garden door and landed on the monoblocking. The content is severely damaged of course. Also the delivery person filled in on the electronic delivery that I signed for it.

I think in this country singing as someone else is fraudulent.

Are DLH employees allowed to commit fraud now? What is happening in this company!

Filed a complaint with the servicedesk and the Edinburgh depot. They say I have to deal with my supplier to get it sorted. So I asked for the complaint department, they seem not to have this, so I asked for a manager, this is also not possible they will call me back (allegedly).

Again the worst service ever from DLH, we will see how well they respond this time.

DHL quoted $4k for shipping 43 cartons to the USA via Sea freight and you charged over $9k with the bulk of the fees hidden in the T's & C's under the guise of exorbitant trucking fees and fuel levies. This is the same rate as shipping a 20ft container to the USA (which holds 224 cartons). You also promised delivery in 40 days and it took 6 months.

They were paid to deliver auto part to me today by 3:50 pm. Never happened after 4:30 I tracked shipment to be told it was rescheduled to tomorrow afternoon because they are so busy they didnt have time and they didnt even notify me in anyway. Whenj I called them it was to be told:"we arent honoring that schedule, if you want a refund or discount contact the shipper"

The claims team do not honour there policy. Your items are not covered if you send via DHL.

Speak to any DHL representative down the phone and they will all say "we know the claims process isn't any good and we are looking into it" DHL are aware that if they loose or damage your item, they will not compensate you.

DO NOT USE DHL FOR ANYTHING OF VALUE - you have been warned

Extra detail - The staff refuse to post items that are large that enter there warehouse. (staff are self employed)

I have spoken to staff who have informed me they purposely refuse to post parcels if its not profitable (hence why many customers items do not arrive and then get returned to sender)

They then damage the item (I believe on purpose) so that DHL do not have to reimburse the sender postal fees. If the sender makes a claim DHL always say it was poorly packaged and not there fault.

They have perfected this no claims loophole to escape liability.

Holding my package

Shipping from Indonesia went well until my package arrived one day away. They are holding the package indefinitely. Called 3 times said it should arrive today. Tracked the package said tomorrow or until the 18th. Customer service is people at home on their computers doing what I can do and are useless. If I don't get my plants soon they will be ruined. Never again.
