They send the mail back to the seller, run away from the door, not waiting for a person to come out, deliver weeks too late. I usually don't leave negative reviews, but it happens 100% of time if I don't stay in front of the door, waiting for the delivery. If you can use a different one - do it!
Please do not use DHL services. DHL does not deliver. Their courier sends false not notifications so that they do not have to deliver. They do not care to do the service you have paid for. This will only change if people stop using them and they loose customers.
Optic Planet uses this horrible place for shipping. Has zero updates, OP offers free shipping and this is what you get. Unknowing this when you order. Then it shows in commerce for 5 days and I'm one state away. BS.
I had such a difficult time with trying to find a carrier to ship my documents to my friend who needed them…internationally, FEDEX was awful no help at all! I called Adam at the Pensacola location of DHL he was amazing…we had an issue with the shipment but is was resolved and I was so impressed at the level of customer service! I would highly recommend!
I left directions for delivery and it did no good. DHL set delivery time and delivered much earlier without changing delivery time.
I had to pay customs duties that were not owed due to an incorrect shipping configuration. Communication was very difficult. I waited on the phone for 1 hour and 50 minutes without being able to speak to anyone. Responses on social media arrived after 4 days, and I was charged additional storage fees. On the chat, they provided incorrect information about the types of goods subject to customs duties, to the point where I had to inform them about the regulations. The service was terrible!
I'm currently at county road 31 9th Avenue East of Fort Lupton and I get run off the road by a DHL pick up truck with a shell on it! This guy needs help! What's with DHL and dangerous drivers? This occurred at 3:41 pm on jan 1st. This guy gets right on my bumper, I was already going 5 over the limit but he came up on me fast! Dangerous!
I have always had issues with deliveries with DHL. Drivers claim noone was home to receive packages when I'm sitting at the front door waiting for noone to arrive. Can't change the address or even talk to a live person. DHL customer service is the worst and this is really a bad company on so many levels.
The company I order from in USA told me my parcel will take 3-4 weeks to reach me. If I use my shipping track no DHL say it will take 45 days. Unbelievable. In SA DHL is quite quick with deliveries. This was the last time I will use them
I waited for Japanese sweets for a month and a half, then they made me describe every single candy, but they didn't like it and asked me to describe the entire composition of each candy individually. But not in the way what chocolate and filling are, but all the components (what the chocolate is made of, when the nuts were gathered, etc.). And in addition to the fact that I had to specify the price of the whole product, I was forced to specify the price of each individual candy. Then I asked them themselves to do the revision, and then I received an answer that they would do it for HALF of the cost of whole package.
I wanted to spit in the face to who now runs the company. In general, thanks DHL for 2 months of senseless waiting and wasted nerves
This service is absolutely pathetic. I ordered a device which was shipped on the 12th of January 2023. One week later the shipment arrived and was damaged so sent back to the sender. Mistakes happen. The second device was sent, two weeks later still no package arrives and I inquire with DHL, they tell me that the package has been lost and the sender needs to be informed. (Note if I did not inquire, the package would have been still lost). I finally inform the sender and they say a new package will be sent. One week has gone by and still I have not received a tracking number or anything. Absolutely disgusting customer service and pathetic delivery service. PLEASE DO NOT USE DHL. I still do not have my package and don't know if it will ever be delivered. 1 month and still no package.
Checking my emails before I went to sleep today and I got a email saying my package was delivered in or around my mail box so when I went outside to check there was nothing I remember earlier that day looking outside waiting for another package I saw a cargo van sitting on street looking at van for about 5 min and no one exiting vehicle I tend to my toddler crying needs and losing focus I totally forgot but I remember them being parked close to my neighbors mailbox I live in duplex so I'm not sure if they might've dropped package at my neighbors or if they even got out I wasn't ask to sign signature or anything this is very unprofessional and needs to be resolved quickly looking at ratings and reviews they have very poor service never buying anything off line that couriers through DHL ever again I message the online customer care and was told to contact the website I bought from and tell them I never received package which I don't think was there fault I believe it's this company's delivery drivers careless work ethic I wish I can give them 0 stars
I got a text message at 08:00 saying that my very important document could not be delivered because the address was unknown. My address is on the M4 probably the oldest main road in Cape Town and I eventually drove to get my parcel because it was urgent. They just didn't want to drive down to Lakeside. I spoke to 2 managers at 08:10 and again at 12:00ish and they both blatantly lied about the parcel saying yes they will send it. One lady laughed and smirked when I arrived to pick the document up at the airport, greeting me as aaah Mr xxxxx. Absolutely shocking with zero positive customer service. Needless to say no more DHL in my life. There are a lot of people out there without jobs why employ such rubbish?
Ordered a router through a different company. Unfortunately, this company relies on DHL for deliveries.
- Claimed a maximum of 3-5 days to deliver. Took 10 days/
- Claimed that on the tenth day it would arrive between 10-12am, did not arrive until 2pm.
- Customer service was terrible; multiple different people called me with different stories. Each time I had to repeat my experience over and over. Difficult to hear them or understand what they were saying.
Overall terrible company, would not recommend using it in any capacity and if you do, multiply the expected time by 2.
I ordered three packages from this company since last year. All marked delivered but it NEVER CAME!
I did fill the form about information of the orders that I lost but no responded. It is a SCAM and trying to steal your money!
I sent a shipment through DHL from USA to INDIA. I have scheduled it on January 5 2023 from Dallas TX. It went to Ohio location (but why?) and it was on hold there from Jan 6th to 16th. 10 complete days and no way you will get help from DHL customer care or the email service (Even after adding DHL CEO Greg Hewitt in cc). After 10 days the shipment came back to me saying some stupid reason that the receiver is in their stupid list and cannot be delivered! The worst courier service you will get is from DHL, I have decided not to use DHL service anytime in my life from now on. Same shipment I scheduled it through FedEx on Jan 17th evening at 5 PM and it is delivered in India on Jan 21st morning at 10 AM. For customer who are planning to send shipment to India, never go with DHL with their attractive prices! They do it cheap because they are cheap!
My order has been returned to the shipper in the US on two consecutive occasions due to incorrect address on the order… DHL responsible. The DHL tracking number was not made available to the shipper or to me the receiver. This resulted in insurmountable personal challenges.
DHL emailed to advise delivery on Wednesday no delivery waited in Thursday no delivery called DHL informed my parcel was still at the depot and would be delivered tomorrow Friday, as DHL sent the email saying delivery on Wednesday why can't they email to inform you no delivery on Wednesday or Thursday and perhaps Friday?
Guess it won't turn up on Friday anyway
Pkg never delivered. Called again, many times. Told st name not on pkg.
I said "Yeah I know, I've already talked to two people already that said they added and should be fixed." She said I'll fix and delivery TOMORROW!
I said forget about it, I'll pick it up.
Drove over 30 miles to location.
Got my PKG.
I will say the gentlemen at the distribution center was pleasant.
But that's it. Never again.
Can't deliver pkg. No street name.
Called many times, trying to get human. Got on call back list. My
Phone does not ring, goes directly to voicemail. Call that #. Phone # does not exist. Said go on website to fix.
Tracking number does not exist.
Talked to someone on other side of planet. Said all fixed, delivery today.
No delivery.
Called, made it through to human on other side of earth.
All fixed, should see pkg tomorrow.
Fingers crossed.
DHL is a joke. They lie and have many excuses why they can't deliver my package and still waiting. Joke
Answer: DHL always damaged my packages, I don't understand how they are still in business!
Answer: Difficult. Automated system. Rip off phone charges. Cost so far to track our parcel, possibly missing has been around £25 in phone charges. Still trying. They wont phone you back and yet it is their error.
Answer: Simply a NO useless unprofessional company skammers
Answer: Obviously the drivers are stealing customers packages.
