I ordered 2 bags, last April 26, until now no package yet. And I don't know if I will get it. I got an email after I order but no reply on my follow emails. So shoppers be careful.
People please STOP promoting this company saying that we need to buy from them. The issue I have is when I received my sneakers they were in some wrapped plastic and was all sunk in. I fixed that problem not complaining. But 3 months to get (2) pairs of shoes come on now your shipping is trash. Now I have ordered again and it's been almost 9 weeks I asked them did they forget about me and they said your item is at the Assorted Center in California and for me to go get it? What the hell? Are you serious? You charged me extra for shipping, you took way to long to ship then tell me if I want it I have to fly hours away to get my items when clearly you have my shipping address where it should have been shipped to. This is my last time deal with this company period. You all need to keep it real and tell the people before ordering just know there is a chance you won't receive your items, you will pay more for shipping and that this shipping still will take 9 weeks or more if you ever get your product. So disappointed with this business and team.

Costumer service is just an AI who doesn't understand what you say half of the time and never connect you to a real person, if you have any issues with a seller, you're doomed.
And boy i had issues with them:
1. They lost my package (i was warned 1 month before i could open a dispute on the website and they basically held my money hostage)
2. The seller themselves informed me my package was lost but they refused to refund me
3. Once i FINALLY could open a dispute the seller countered my claim (under the pretense that i had filled the wrong category. When i didn't) with a refund of 0.01$ instead of a full refund of 100$.
4. I was not allowed to ask DHgate itself to intervene until more time has passed
I ordered my item back in March and this situation still isn't solved
I don't recommend this website, it's 100% a scam

Do yourself a huge favor and don't even bother with dhgate and be specifically cautious of a vendor named (SUPERCA) this is an awareness post.
I brought a jacket from them at the cost of 170.00 usd and it never came and the vendor claims it was stolen off the delivery truck and after that I asked for a refund and never heard from them again so basically I'm out 170.00 bucks.

***WARNING*** DHGate is a complete scam! I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with their terrible service. I ordered two pairs of shoes, and they sent me the wrong size and style (see photo). When I tried to return them, I discovered that the seller had closed their store. I escalated the issue to the DHGate Resolution Center, but they blatantly ignored my request for a full refund and instead gave me a measly $60, which is an insult to injury. I spent $208.58 US on two pairs of shoes that I despise and can't wear, and they won't even give me a full refund. This is completely unacceptable! DHGate is a disgraceful company that has no respect for their customers. They are a bunch of crooks who should be ashamed of themselves!

I order from different companies in china and get products in 3 or 4 weeks.I tracked one item and saw it takes 18 days by ship to cross the Pacific to Canada. Dhgate took almost a week before even sending to a shipping center then 2 weeks to ship it to the United Arab Emirates. Why they shipped it west to there I dont know. It has been a month now and it says it is still in transit to Canada. First order from them in a year and the last.

Seller first gave me a tracking number that wasn't associated with my order. He eventually was asked Dhgate to pay him as the order is delivered. Opened a dispute and sent proofs to Dhgate informing of how the seller is trying to cheat. Still awaiting my refund. Don't even think of using this website

The customer service are in it well (The scam) well they favour the Seller not the customer 99% of the time
I bought a jacket from one of which was too small. They sent one and the other didn't. A total scam, Tried the Customer service they said it had been sent and nothing can be done about it they kept £30GBP of my money, and another order was too small they refused to return and Customer service favoured the seller.
At the same time i placed another order for £40 - never recived it (my guess it gone to Chop suey budget)
My guess is the seller and customer service scam people and split the money at the end the month (My assumption)
These lot are load of crooks, Never make a big purchase over £30 you stand a very high chance like 90% of losing you money or receiving $#*!e

I made an order since 4/31/2023 and I still have not received anything yet. The tracking shows the last update to still be in China. I tried updating my address it still shows other address on website so hopefully it arrives to the right address. They were not willing to give a refund so I may have to dispute with my bank. I cannot show images of something I have not received.

Gave me several different delivery dates and times. Well guess what… I never received my items, which I'm not even sure was delivered; says it was delivered in the email, but the picture that was taken doesn't add up. The picture taken was just an image of the building from "Google Images." But, supposedly it was left in the mailroom. Good thing I only spent a little over 20 bucks.
