The site can be greatly improved by eliminating so many different sellers and establishing a market system similar to Gearbest/Bangood/Aliexpress that way if something goes wrong the buyers can resolve the issue directly with the website instead of going through the time consuming process of communicating with the sellers, most of which don't speak English well.

Hello, I am Benjamin and I have made many orders from dh gate. Not only for me, but for many friends and relatives. One of my friend, told me that he wants a jacket from Athletik Club Milan, a football club from Italy, a very famous team. He knew that I take many jerseys and jackets from dh gate. I told him that the cheapest and best choice is this. When he got the jacket, he was surprised. He thanked me and from then he ordered again two another times jerseys. I am very happy for the most of the sellers in dh gate. The most items are super my friends!
DHgate is a more affordable alternative to online shopping sites like Amazon or eBay. The prices on DHgate are a fraction of what you'd find elsewhere, and most items offer free shipping.
The only catch is nearly all items offered on DHgate are shipped from China. This means a longer wait than if you'd order domestically, and higher fees if free shipping isn't available. You're not going to get 2-day shipping like you would from Amazon, but most packages I ordered arrived in 7 days.
Being based in China also poses a slight language barrier. English on the site is pretty rough. Most listings and communications with vendors seem translated by Google. That being said, it wasn't impossible to understand the sometimes broken English.
Translation issues and shipping times aside, DHgate's selection of items and low prices outweigh the negatives. Overall I was satisfied with my experience at DHgate and I would recommend this site to any value-minded individual.
I searched specific products and i had been satisfied about the delays of treatment of preparation, of shipping and the quality of products.

Lot of items at good price, but translations (spanish) are horrible. Also the delivery time is sometimes desperating, you have to be a very patient person.

Some suppliers have poor communication skills, they don't respond to queries regarding the product they sell. And also they advertise products that are out of stock. I long ordered a t shirt on the 31st Jan 18 up until now it has not been shipped, the supplier told me its out of stock and will be shipped late, I then followed up with the supplier hes not responding.
