Okay okay. So there are a lot of bad reviews, but I will tell you what. If you are looking for wholesale, they aren't TERRIBLE. I've done plenty of business there are there are tons of reviews for each seller. ONLY pick the sellers which have 98%+ good reviews. I was sent 6 less units than i order from one seller but he promptly sent me the 6 on my next order. In conclusion: the bad sellers are really bad, the good sellers are really good.

I really have done two deals with this company, and it went pretty good,
But my last deal, the seller promised to add 11 chargers for the previous deal,
Which he wasn't supposed to cos what I bought generally doesn't come with chargers,
But he forgot to add the chargers as he claimed he did,
I disputed the issue and he agreed to refund 6 dollars,
But I said no, what he should refund is 10 dollar to enable me purchase them,
From my home country...
And the refund was made, though it hasn't appeared on my card but it did appear on my PayPal payment history,
All in all, I got no reason not to buy from dhgate

My daughter found a cocktail dress on DHgate.com which she ordered for a school formal event. Seller promised 10day to shipping with 3-5 day fast shipping (extra cost). Dress took 22 days to arrive and is unwearable. It is nothing like the dress ordered with a bodice at least 5inches shorter than that which was pictured and a skirt much too full and gathered and in wrong material for the style. Despite sending photos and explanation as evidence to DHgate they paid seller with no explanation given for decision. DHgate contact sites are manned by robots with robotic automated translation which converts into jibberish. Would never trust this site as DHgate is only going to support seller.

Ordered goods for retail business, 1st test order was just garbage and not as described, 2nd never turned up, requested refunds 3 months still with out a refund, what makes it worse is dhgate released my money last week to the sellers, they also point blank refused to help, don't use them its a con, some buyers are legit with good servive any goods but most are just crap. BE WARNED YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY JUSST LIKE I DID, IM A HONEST ONLINE TRADER, THESE GIVE GENUINE TRADERS A BAD NAME

I bought 3G iphone cos me just over 250£ sine 15/11/10. Then seller told me if I need iphone with 16GB instead 8GB I have to pay more 19$ for additional to seller personal paypal account. I have to pay cos I have been pay throughDhgate website already and need to get it as soon as possible. After that I have been inform that my item has been sent out and trcking no.( 18/11/10) which is not registered. Tracking no. Not registered in 2 days that's fine but after 7 days with explanation from seller ' your item has been delayed from high season X'mas' I. Sorry you talking 30 days until X'mas time and also I'm experience seller haven't born yesterday. When I opened dispute on Dhgate and Paypal then I got messages from seller tell me to close dispute cos they sent item and gave me another tracking no. Which was registered. So now I can figured that infact my item haven't been sent at the first palce and they just hope I'm not gonna do any anything with them. I'm still try to get money back just hope I'll get Hmmmmmmm! Please stay away from this website!

I ordered my daughters wedding dress from DHgate on the 05/02/2010, When I ordered the dress, I had to tell them what day my daughter would be getting married on, I then got an e. Mail stating that it would be shipped off on the 24/02/2010 and that is would take 7 working days to reach us, I then got another e, mail to say that the shipping deadline was postponed to the 01/03/2010 and was told that if the seller failed to ship my order out by the deadline, the order will be cancelled and I would get my money back, The seller then informed me that my order had been shipped on the 27/02/2010.

I was given the wrong tracking number to start off with, I only managed to get the correct tracking code on the 11/03/2010 and only then found out that the dress was only shipped off on the 09/03/2010, This is the information I received:

I have tried disputing it with DHgate and they have informed me yesterday that the seller would reship my order out in two working days which means it will take aprox another 9 working days for my daughters wedding dress to get here, My problem is my daughter is getting married in for days time, so the dress will be useless to me. :(

This website is legit, however you need to be careful who you purchase your items from. I bought a G1 phone. It was described as a G1. When I got the phone I got the G1 box with a china brand phone. I requested a refund, a full. They told me the person who sold me the phone would offer a partial refund of 90 dollars and I could keep the phone. I argued and argued and they finally allowed me to send it for a full refund. I got tracking on it only to find that this person never got my phone. It was a scam and I personally would never do business with them again. If you do buy a product there has to be communication, hey have to understand you and they need to inform you specifically on what you are getting before you but. Also look at their positive rating. If it is low DO NOT BUY... This was the situation with my case... Any way I was very frustrated and just went to tmobile and bought the phone full price. For a 225 USD dollar purchase. I got 125 in return as a refund... I paid for shipping and handeling. Overall I got back only 105 USD altogether. That sucked... This website sucked.
