PLEASE READ THIS: Folks, just use a well-established American-issued credit card to buy from these guys. That way you are protected. I ordered a dozen items and was sent one item, but charged for the dozen. I used my Amex card, and, when I got no satisfaction from the seller, I simply filed a back-charge to the vendor. Amex customer service was great. The vendor didn't fight the back-charge at all, and the charge was suspended from being paid while it was in question. THERE IS NO VETTING OF VENDORS from this site, so just beware of every purchase. Using a credit card will provide protection.

I ordered a clone cell phone from the merchant wts*******. I insisted beforehand that the phone must have Corning gorilla glass as they advertised. They assured me it was. First day, I dropped the phone. The screen shattered. I messaged the merchant & DH Gate. DH Gate said deal with merchant first. If not satisfied, they would get involved. After 30 messages, the merchant finally admitted the the screen wasn't gorilla glass and stated that they used a great copy because Corning will not sell to Chinese co. They told me to send the phone back & they would repair it. As for the shipping, they would reimburse me when they received the phone. It's all B. S. I returned the phone and have not heard from them since (after about 10 messages). NO PHONE, NO SHIPPING COST, NOTHING! I messaged DH Gate and they said to work it out with the merchant. When I told them to check our messages to verify the merchant isn't communicating. They just repeated to work it out with the merchant. This site definitely nothing close to ebay. Anything they say is B. S.

WARNING THIS SITE IS THE WORST PLACE I'VE EVER ORDERED FROM! I ordered some tattoo supplies (my first time ordering from china) and they charged my card and are now claiming that my account never existed. If you happen to get extremely lucky and have a good experience with these people you should go down in history! I'm just wondering how the charge my imaginary card from a nonexistent account? Boooo! Don't order from these scanning ***holes!

The best site ever comparing to Tmart.com if you order from Tmart.com, please wait for 2 months for your order to be shipped even if the website says "Ships in 24 hours". I am sick of waiting for my orders, I am not going back to this ever again. But from Dhgate.com the shipping is fast

All the positive reviews for tmart.com are I gues posted by the chinese peopl who own this site. There are much better sites like Dhgate.com etc which ship same goods faster and at much lower prices.

HORRIBLE! I ordered three things. TWO of the three were completely DIFFERENT items from what I had ordered and paid for. Both womens shoes. Completely different style and color for one... and the other was the same style but wrong color. NEITHER seller will communicate. A 'REFUND' of 8.02 was sent back to me. WHAT? I'm still waiting to hear from dhgate in regards to the second pair. NEITHER seller will communicate. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You will waste your time and money. Oh, the 3rd item I ordered? NOTHING like the photo. Its basically a large rectangle of fabric with two sewn holes in it for your arms. ITS NOTHING like the photos or the description. The most disappointing online experience I've ever had. :(

I wouldnt order a roll of thread from these folks. I lost out on a wedding dress purchase. The dress fit, but it was not made from the lace described and i have been asked to remove m negative feedback and i did, like a fool and now i have nothing to hold over their heads as leverage. And if you epect help from dhgate against the seller you can forget it, they all stick together. Just take the loss and never order anything from them ever again. Worst site ever!

I bought a dress for $150 from the vendor "gorgeous_dress" on dhgate. When I got the dress it was not to the measurements I had asked for. I raised a dispute with the website and they gave me a window of 5 days to get pictures uploaded. I was out of town at the time and couldn't get the pictures up. My only recourse was to post negative feedback to the seller.

The seller ended up contacting me and offering a refund if I took the feedback down. I deleted the post and now they are saying they will only give me a $30 refund.

DHgate will not allow me to change my seller feedback again so this seller shows up as having 100% positive feedback when in fact their products are awful, their ethics are terrible and they will lie through their teeth to get what they want.

I can't help but assume that all vendors on dhgate are like this since dhgate clearly condones this sort of antics by their sellers.

Save yourself some time, money and sanity and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON DHGATE!

Why anyone would buy from DH Gate is beyond me. These must be masochists or people who WANT to lose their money eventually. No, they won't lose it the first, second, or third time around but I GUARANTEE 100% they will lose eventually. I was similarly skeptical of AliExpress (a division of the HUGE AliBaba), but after a few bad experiences, they LEARNED and not only that they GUARANTEE their products. They don't pay the supplier until you have received your goods and are satisfied. Now, what other internet company in the whole world does that? Even Amazon does not do it. Try filing a claim with Amazon and you will see the hoops you have to jump through. Since the early days of AliExpress, I would NEVER buy anything from a Chinese manufacturer without going through AliExpress. I've been burned too many times doing it. There are many, many crooks out there, and there is no one to complain to or to file complaints with. The Chinese Govt, just does not care about the small businesses. They can rob you all they want and they turn a blind eye. They only care about the big stuff like multi-billion dollar missiles.
Anyway, my advice: stay away from DH Gate. You WILL be burned.

Know your measurements and understand size ofdress you buy. No refunds if you error. Quality is poor so don't pay a lot. I also bought a dress that wasn't finished it was pictured ankle length and came to me 12 inches too long, I am 5'9" thats too long and the sleeves had no closure and my local alterations lady had to rip out the bunching zipper in the back and repair it. Total alteration bill was $100. My suggestion? Don't risk it. Buy from Amazon.com. I had no problems with returns.

"I purchased some merchandise from DHgate and once it arrived the seller had packaged the items very poorly. All the items were broken inside from the box being tossed around by the shipping company and not enough protection in the box to protect the product.

I contacted the seller, but they have ignored and removed the product. Declined my request for a refund.

I escalated the case and they give you a resolution date (final answer), that is useless it has been 1 week past due. All I ever get when I contact customer service is the same old answer that they will notify the case handler.

They have no records of previous chats, so contacting them is useless. They say what they want and nothing gets done. Example: I get told I am getting a refund, and the next agent says they cannot see such information. Goes back to saying what they want and nothing is being recorded in their system of the chats.

It only takes 1 bad experience to ruin a future business/buyer partnership. This is mainly due to the VERY poor customer service, from DHgate.

DHgate states they will stand by the buyer if the seller does not resolve the issue. Great this is a complete failure, they stand by nobody but the seller, by ignoring the buyer.

They state that they are updating/upgraded customer service? Really? I think they actually have not stepped forward one foot and stepped 10 steps back."

I decided to try a store for 2 bridesmaid dresses. The customer service was good trying to get my sale. Received the dresses very quickly and the dresses were laughable, they were so padded in the bust it looked like someone was wearing the dress in the box. Sewing was poor and simply not wearable.
Messaged seller, they asked for photos, they said they were to my measurements therefore not their fault. I said the measurements were wrong and the description didnt state highly padded. They ignored my messages, but when i jumped on the chat, they answered straight away. Eventually they had to go to a "meeting" but asked for more photos to check next day. I said i had video of the models in the dresses with 360 degree view of the tape around the bust to show how much larger it was than original measurements... pretty much didnt want to know about it and closed case. Now in dispute and waiting for it to go to dhgate to resolve. Be like getting blood out of a stone. Had no problems with aliexpress stores though.

Do not trust these shady sellers. I ordered my dress from them. They took the money immediately. The dress came a month later looking nothing like described on the website or like the picture that was listed. I requested a refund, paid $70 to ship the merchandise back. It's been 4 months and I still haven't received a refund. They told me to "keep contacting the merchant." The problem is, the merchant doesn't respond! Very disappointed and short $250.

Wish I would have checked reviews before I just ordered a dress in good faith... howbeit, the dress did come a few weeks after I ordered it... it is simply too small and I just wanted to return it... to which I was answered. No. We sent right dress right size, useless to us but if you want to send it back we can make you another one for $85... original was $117... thankfully I have a seamstress who can fix it... and I don't even have to try and return now... NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!

As a test I purchased a $12.00 item. I received a woman type product instead of the man type product. 3 month later still disputing. When I would try to upload the information and proof as to what was sent it would not go through. Finally I was told to return the item for a refund. The seller never gave his return address. How do you return without address? Each time dhgate contacted me I was given a few days to respond, not like their weeks to respond to respond to my emails.
