I ordered screen protectors for my 10" tablet.

Wasn't clear about who my contract was with but decided to chance it at only £17 for a pack of 5.

Delivery was slow but they arrived within the time promised.

Product works fine.

Only complaint: items were rolled when packaged so had to be flattened before application. That is down to the seller, not DHGate.

I purchased 50 LED mini flashlights for gifts for Father's Day for our church celebration. On June 1. Order received June 13 and we only received 25 lights, immediately emailed seller. He said do not worry, 2nd package being sent. I told him DO NOT send package because it would not get here by June 14... our drop dead date. Still have not received a refund and DH Gate, the company keep s sending me emails asking if I received my merchandise and that seller says a resolution has been found... WRONG, no resolution, no refund! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM DHGATE...

I bought a cell phone at this site. The phone arrived but did not work (did not make or receive calls). I contacted the seller who only asked stupid procrastinating questions about things that were clear from the correspondence. It fell to site mediation. The website asked for "evidence": fist, that I had received the phone, then for videos that I had inserted the SIM card correctly, and who my provider was. All of this is designed to make the buyer despair of getting a refund at all. This site does not have a proper return process. STAY AWAY!

I know a lot of people will disagree with me on this but this is the way I feel...

If you buy from websites based in China a good rule of thumb is don't buy technology (phones, computers, cars etc...) and food (baby food, formula etc...).
If you buy anything at all... textiles and cheap plastic things like cd holders and make sure they aren't priced over $5. This goes for palm reading too.

PS. Don't order more than one item at a time that way your never out more than $5.

This company stole my money; lied to me and blocked me from contacting them.
Wikipedia says it all about them, I quote them as follows:- Numerous review sites are laden with past and recent reports from DHgate.com buyers that show an alleged pattern of consistent bad customer service complaints, bogus DHgate Service pledge, misleading DHgate Escrow representations, illegal sale of counterfeit goods, dishonest manipulation of feedbacks and transactions to enable bad sellers, bait and switch antics, fraudulent advertising by sellers, shipping wrong sizes, rip-off, scamming and lying to buyers, late shipments and deliveries, fake tracking numbers, poor quality merchandise, poor packaging, non-delivery with no-refunds, bad faith dealings, blocking negative buyer comments from forum, denial of payments made by buyers, seller's bias and cover-up, ignoring e-mails and messages, and unfair treatment of buyers the following to say about them:-

This website takes pictures from designer websites and posts them up selling them for "cheaper". I ordered a dress here that was supposed to look ombre, and it looked like complete trash. They are very rude, too. Never again.

DHgate has good prices now and then, but whenever hou have problem, you must remember that the seller is the one who is by default right. Sellers can provide fake specs and price and when they make mistake, you cannot leave feedback allowing them to keep feedback as positive as possible. DHGate advertised dispatch pledge. But even if you end up in situation where you deserve it (when seller does not ship item in promised time) you will find out that they do not pay the compensation, instead when you contact customer service they either ask to wait or claim that they will report this to "higher" authorities. You will soon discover yourself in a limbo where this same thing gets repeated until you give up. DHgate used to have PayPal but it is now disabled because it gives too much protection for buyers which is not DHGate's idea. Chinese sellers, Chinese site, money on Chinese hands instead of PayPal, you get the idea.

There are of course good sellers as well and with them all goes fine, the problem is that you will step on $#*! many times before discovering them, since feedback isn't 100% the truth ln this site, because of reasons mentioned earlier.

Total scam

Total scam. Wrong size, wrong design, seller wasn't helpful, their resolution center strung me around for a month before I finally just disputed the charge with my credit card. NEVER buy anything from here! This was for my wedding, too, and now I don't have time to find a new item.

I ordered from "cowx" a high power laser for 30 $ CA, it was not as strong as advertised, however it does the job and delivery to Que CA was very fast. Id consider buying from them again, and keep my purchase low cost.

This site has many scammer sellers. I purhased the same items from 2 different sellers, both gave me tracking numbers and after I contacted them and asked them where is my stuff, because the tracking nbrs gave me nothing, they replied- the first one that parcel lost at the post, and the second one that items sold out... big cheating in every way... and now I'm trying to get my refund... i hope to get it... stay away or big caution to sellers.

I was steered to this site for great pricing. So far I've had 3 cancellations of my orders because "seller" couldn't deliver the "goods" in the promised time. I ordered 3 "straight talk" refill cards on 3 different occasions from 3 different wholesellers and none of the three can deliver. I did receive a refund after about a week so my warning is if "speed is of essence" for your item, be prepared to wait a long time to receive your item. (assuming you receive it at all) Also unknownst to Me when you pay with credit/debit card they charge you a "international processing fee". I understand the goods are shipping from China but 25 days seems an unusally long time to process an order.

This site is terrible I order a dress and it looked nothing like what they advertized. I paid to send it back with the assurance that I would get a refund for the dress and the shipping. It has been a month and I still have not recieved either. If you Chat with them they all keep telling you the same thing. But nothing gets done. I am out $172 because of this company. They take your money and you never get it back.

I was leery at first for using dhgate to buy wholesale goods for my business. They wouldn't accept my credit card online so I had to get a money order which was a hassle. The merchandise I ordered from two vendors came in great condition and on time. As long as you find a great deal and reliable vendors this is a good service site to use.

I wish I would see the rating of this site before I placed order(s) from them.

Please do yourself a favor, stay away from this site!

All of the items looks great on Picture ONLY! The quality of the item(s) are poor or unacceptable, and return the item to the seller ( they are located in China) would cost a lot of money (for example, an item less than 10 oz would cost US$ 20 to $30 to ship via international post), go figure!

The online chat is irresponsible, they kept telling you that no worry, but they cannot take any actions, contact customer service would usually take more than 2 weeks and no help at all!

*** Do Not Order anything from them! IT IS a SCAM!

I ordered 3 lace front wigs, what I got was absolutely horrible, when I emailed dhgate to get a refund or an exchange, I was told to email the vendor, The vendor is xcsunnyhair, I have emailed them and they have given me nothing but the runaround, I feel like dhdate is responsible because they took my money and now they will not help me at all, I don't have that kind of money to throw away I'm on a fixed income, I am a senior citizen and this is ridiculous to be treated this way, I am reporting this to the BBB please do not shop here, I feel like I have been ripped off!

I wouldn't recommend this site. Even with the poor rating my granddaughter found a dress on this site, She loved the dresst and wanted to order it so we did. The dress looked nothing like the picture and was dirty when it arrived. When we sent an e mail looking to get a refund and return the item it was suggested we try to sell the dress to someone else. This 200.00 dress is a hot mess and no one would want it. I will have to take this up with my credit card company to get a refund. Stay away;
