Oh i had poor customer service and I got a doll which is not close to what i ordered and a lot cheaper. I tried to contact the seller on dhgate with no response. If you want to waste your money go with them

I ordered from a seller on this site and didn't receive all of my product. I tried to contact the seller for 6 weeks to try to get a refund for the product I didn't receive. They kept telling me they would refund my money but after 6 weeks never did. They finally just stopped responding to me all together. I went to DHgate to lodge a complaint and they would not respond to me at all. I just had to eat the loss.

You know I have a month that I order some dresses for my daughter birthday, and in my account appears awaiting payment I'm so frustrated that I don't know' what to do so one month and they say that they didn't recieve any money yet plus how many more time do I have to wait for them to start shipping my things of I'm so mad I pay almost 300 hundred dollars I believe that this opportunist just stole my money!

If you are thinking about purchasing a dress, BUYER BEWARE! The picture they have was not an accurate representation of what they made me. I wanted a dress made, having tried it on at David's Bridal and was completely comfortable if it wasn't exactly the same. The website does mention that they can't get the dress 100%, so I was fine with it being 80-90% on mark. The shipping took two weeks, as expected, but when I opened the package it looked like it was someone else's dress. It wasn't even 50% close! I was convinced that there was just some mistake and they accidentally switched dresses during shipping, but during our email conversations, Dhgate claimed it was my fault for not sending them pictures of the exact dress I wanted! Really?! They have the exact picture posted that David's Bridal has on their website. My bad for assuming they could do what they claimed they could do! At this point, I was already knee deep with them and figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt. So I supplied them with all the pictures I had, detailing, etc. of me trying the dress on, so they could make it. They said they could try again if I returned the dress. Another mistake on my part, because they never received the dress! It's just sad all the way around. I just wanted it to work out so bad and give them business, but I should have cut all ties at the beginning. I was hoping my experience would be a good one, since there were so many positive experiences posted on here, but mine was just awful. Please, be careful with this seller!

One of the worst companies out there to deal with. Bought a dress for $189.00 that was not worth $5.00. After starting their refund process immediately which required numerous e-mails and pictures I was offered a refund of $60.00.
Told them no way was this acceptable. Their wording was, and I quote, "the high cost of shipping and fear that the item would be intercepted by Customs". What the heck is that all about. Told them that I would go to the State Attorney, Better Business Bureau and any blog or forum that I could find. Still waiting for my refund and looking for more blogs and forums.

Bought converter -doesn't work, bought vehicle navigation -working but maps 4 years old with cracked unit with impossible update, no dealing anymore with that website, customer service -no power at all, very bad experience

Do not buy from this website! More specifically from merchant called "Fistlady" This merchant took my money and did not sent me the purchased item. I am very dissatisfied that theft is allowed on this site. I don't know how people like that can sleep at night. All I was trying to do is exchange a coat which was pretty expensive. I had sent the item back so it can be exchanged for a larger one, it has been months and I did not receive the purchase and the merchant is ignoring me completly. In my country that's called stealing.

Avoid this website completely. It is like Ebay in USA, but dhgate.com do not pay attention on who is selling on dhgate. I bought a silicone doll from a seller on dhgate and took 4 months for me to receive, and once received it is not waht I ordered and a piece of junk. I simply got ripped off

I've ordered more than 10 times on DHgate, and every package was delivered on time, without any problems. In fact, I didn't buy any clothes there, just jewelry and electronics.

Order took a full 30 days to arrive. "Crystal" beads we ordered were actually poorly made plastic beads. Customer service dispute resolution went no where - a few stilted english responses then nothing till time ran out on their resolution clock.

Worst experience I have ever had shopping online. I ordered Lenovo A789 Android 4.0, I never got the product after waiting for a very long time. I was stupid I paid by wire transfer, and more than likely i will not see the product at all. It has been 3 months already

On 01/09/13 I ordered 3 items through DHgate. They, in turn, sent the order to 2 different stores. The good security system I ordered for the amount of 170.75 was given to the seller called 'dh-anglebaby'. They did a wonderful job and it didn't take long at all before the security system was delivered. They were excellent to do business with, very polite and very prompt in sending what was ordered. Then, the other things I ordered were 2 lots of Ultrafire ******* Rechargeable Lithium ion 3000mAh batteries and an Ultrafire battery charger for those particular batteries. The two items amounted to $43.32. DHgate gave this order to a seller called 'xugang*******'. I still haven't received these items. They had listed these items as being sent the same day my Security System was sent but I question that as looking up the tracking number resulted with me being told it was not valid. I have written to inquire about this but have not received an answer. I'll write to the seller again and to DHgate, as well, but I'm not holding my breath. So, looks like you can't be sure what you are going to get... great service like the first seller gave me or, so far, no service, goods, or answers like the second seller has given me. He has done an injustice to the good store as I won't take the chance again to order from a place that may or may not see to it that you get what you paid for... it's like a turkey shoot!

The product I ordered was imitation. I have been trying to get a refund for almost 3 months now and am still waiting. I will never order from DHgate again. The Customer Service Center tells you they will help you and that your money is safe but all they do is refer you to the seller. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I should have known that the price was too good to be true when I made the purchase... I sure learned a lesson."

If you are familiar with this company located in China, I think ever one knows to stay far far away. Last year I ordered some items from this website, oh I got the products, but as you know, (COUNTERFEIT). At the time they accepted PP, but now if you go to the website, scroll down and see the payment that they accept now, HMMM its not PP anymore. Why is that because of the complaints.

I made two orders, and only one was shipped. I was billed for both of the orders.
I made both orders on Nov 2 in order to sell the products in my shop... the one order didn't come until about Dec. 15. So far, I haven't gotten my money back for the one order. The other order was nothing like it pitured in the catalogue either
