I payed almost $70 for my order *******319 that was "Dispached and Now in transit". After several weeks it arrived at Country of destination (California) but then I was asked for more money $30 to complete delivery OR I can request for refund by pressing the refund button below but the refund button was never available to be activated! It's is a total joke and disregard of any laws. I never received order or refund. They have no Customer Service that works. They are a complete SCAM. It was the worst experience EVER! Do not use DHgate it's a scam!
It came busted and broken nothing was in the box either the it seft was destoried and it got a sticker only in the box it suck dont buy anything on this website.

For the refund DHgate processes the refund within 3-7 working days and now it will depend on your bank's refund timeframe process on how long they will post the refund back to your bank account normally for a Visa card it would take within 7-15 business days. I signed up for an account and found a super cute handbag for $40. Plus shipping I paid $60 and change. I received an email telling me that my handbag would arrive in 3 weeks. A week later I received an email that my order was cancelled. Two weeks later I received an email that my order had been fulfilled and I saw a cancellation and a charge on my card for the handbag. So I waited another 4 weeks. I received a small, striped shirt in the mail in a package without a return address or invoice inside. I didn't know where it came from or why it was addressed to me. Oddly the next day I received an email from DHGate saying my handbag was delivered. Except it wasn't. All I had was this ugly little shirt that would fit maybe an 8 year old. I contacted them and told them I never received the package and they didn't believe me. And I was never able to contact anyone. I feel scammed! And I'm out $60. Lesson learned so I'm sharing. Don't buy from these people. I'm attaching a photo of what I bought and a photo of what I received.

I literally bought bags that were sent with counterfeit postage and I didn't get. DHgate give a guarantee for money back. I send in a dispute because it's counterfeit postage and I don't trust the seller for a resend because postage scam means bag scam to me. DHgate allows them to resend when I clearly picked full refund. Extremely BAD service from their dispute center and from their seller. But their guarantee means NOTHING. Not worth the purchase. It's all a scam!

Placed an order for a dress March 7 2020. I never received the dress or any shipping info. With s&h it was &170.00. On May 10 I asked for a refund and they denied me a refund and sent a horrendous replacement dress against my request not to send another dress because I had missed the event I ordered the dress for because I never received it. They gave me such a hard time. They only gave me a $30.00 refund and now I'm stuck with this horrific low quality dress. DHgate leaves it up to the customer to deal with their criminal sellers. The sellers name is ocky. Don't buy from them they are scammers.

DHGate says they have buyer protection this is not accurate. They allowed scammer sellers to steal from you. I disputed an item that a seller said they sent me turned out the seller stole someone else's tracking and clearly showed a completely other persons name and address. But because the tracking had the same city ( not address or name on it) DHGate allowed this scammer to steal my money. I never received the item and did not get my money back after disputing it!

I saw an item I liked for over $100 but DH gate offered the same one for less than half that price so I decided to give it a try. The reviews were average so why not. I purchased the item, waited for over a month and didn't receive it, contacted the seller twice and asked for a refund. They just said to talk to the shipping company they used. I put up the reference number on the shipping website and nothing showed. Sent an email to DH gate and their response was to open a dispute which I tried to do but the website kept giving me problems until I gave up with this bull$#*!. Better to pay more on a trusted store than cheap out and get a headache.

I ordered a Ebike battery for over $500 and never received it. I contacted the seller (liuzedong7777) multiple times and always gave generic answers and refused to give any information to track it or to prove it was even sent. DHgate makes it so hard to contact & talk to anyone. I think they expect u to give up and allow to keep our extremely hard earned $$$. This place is a scam and all buyers beware…U will never see ur $$$ if any problems happen. (Pics out of order)

I am unhappy with the shopping experience at DHGate. I was under impression that if I am unhappy with my purchase, I can get full refund. It is not the case, the max they will refund you is 20% from total purchase. Even if I agree to return it for full refund, it will be hard to get my money back plus the advanced shipping fee from the seller.

Do not buy from this disreputable company. They will not respond to inquiries via email nor do they have a working customer service number from the USA. They are a Beijing, China company, and I think they do not care whether the product they ship you is acceptable or defective. My only protection on the $340 order I purchased after returning to their shipping point in California is I used my American Express credit card and disputed the charge once I realized these people would not respond or make any attempt to help me resolve this matter. I would give them zero Stars if I could.

I bought 3 pairs of shoes. First 2 identical and they came in 3 weeks. No issues. 3rd pair came in 4 weeks and were defective. 1 shoe had topstitching in 2 different colors on one section only. The soles were lined in the exact same material you line skirt slips in! That super slippery thin polyester material. The material is wrinkled throughout both shoes and is unevenly glued on. I try to get a ref but when you try to file a dispute for ANY reason it provides an automated response that your claim does not qualify. That means 100% of all disputes for defective material or not as described or does not function as declared are denied automatically by the website. This seller keeps saying: 1/2 refund, but doesn't say a dollar amount. Never credits me either. I have had to call my credit card company. Another sellers shoes still have not arrived and it's been 6 weeks! Can't get my money back for item not received. It's about $95.

I should have read reviews online before ordering. I was scammed out of $61. Shoes were not as described. Size chart said US9.5 is a 43. They were huge, more like an 11. I'm told by seller, too bad, you ordered. Had to wait 10 days for DHGate mediation, which was a total joke on me. They immediately side with the sellers, release funds to them, close dispute. How is that mediation? (Only an $5 store credit offered for next purchase, by the seller!). Also, DHGate removed my dispute information from the account. I took screenshots.
They could care less if you are a new customer.
