Product "Wireless 24VDC Relay" Did not work. Actually blew up a capacitor on three boards. Boards look to be hand made with ZERO QUALITY. Ordered a total of Three all had the same problem. They have either a flaw in design or construction or the polarity is printed in reverse on the board!

Good as although I returned my products, got full refund for one and partial for another. DH gate solved my problem.

I had 2 bad shipping numbers requested a refund several times. Never received any communication from seller. After approximately 4 times the time they said I would receive my item it came in. I was going to buy several knives from seler but now Im a little leary

Buenas tardes, yo compre dos vestidos, uno de ellos estuvo bien pero el otro no me quedo, el aviso decia free size y mandaron talla m muy pequeña, la verdad me dio pereza reclamar porque demora casi un mes en llegar la mercancia, pense que era mas rapido maximo una semana. El servicio me parece regular.

Tablets were packages with no protection, The customer service in the dispute department was horrible. They would never respond to my messages, I was not willing to pay 80-115 up front to send back smashed tablets after I was out 200.00

Order came within the advertised amount of time, but the tracking was nothing to brag about. The Chinese Post Air Mail tracking program was untraceable. What a piece of sh*t!
Merchandise is as I ordered. Great!

Ordering was fine but a part was missing. I have attempted twice to send a message but got no reply. I am not currently a satisfied customer nor can I recommend your service. I would like to change this experience if someone an help me get the missing part.

Very bad and unpleasant experience. The material was nothing like what the pictures showed. I tried to get a refund and was denied with any explanation. The dress looked like a rug. A big waste of my money. The edge of the lace was crockedand not sewn or cut neatly. The lace was not a quality one. I will never ever recommend this to anyone. Very unhappy.

It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had I been trying to get a refund Because of one of your vendors never sent me my items and they will not respond to my emails I have disputed this twice and still have not received a refund

I recommend DHgate to any of my colleagues who ask. I like how comprehensive the tracking system is to make sure we got our delivery. The minus 1 star is really because the seller could have communicated how long I had to wait for my package early on and there was a re-shipping or something involved. DHgate itself is great!
