I ordered a ring and it was never shipped this was a very bad experience. I may not do business with you again because the first transaction was so bad.

Very slow clearance process. Likewise, there is not a quick and efficient way to track the purchase. Other hand, the guide numbers to do the tracking products was wrong. The shopping experience was really poor.

I am very satisfied with my shopping here on Dhgate. I feel secure that if any problems occure Dhgate will solve them.

HI, I am pleased with your tracking device with my dress I ordered. It was delivered exactly as it was tracked. Unfortunately, my dress is not what I have ordered and am currently in a dispute with the maker. I am hopeful it can be resolved.

Only trouble I had was with the mobile website, my bank refused to allow transactions based in China but then I was able to get to the main site & the order went through as being based in Great Britain.

I am very pleased with all my purchases from DHgate.
All orders came despite the long distance quite quickly and well retained.
It's also pretty good that there is the possibility of "free shipping", which often weigh much when ordering.

So far my experience is not to great I am having trouble tracking my order and what i ordered needs to be at my home before August 10 as I am leaving for a visit in Canada with this package in mind. I hope you can assist.

And as a matter of fact it normal for you that a phone to boil up to 40°c

I am not a happy. I have waited alomost two months and my order has not even shipped and the lady that has been emailing me does not even attempt to read my emails. He responses do not come close to answering my questions. I want the dress I ordered and I am very frustrated!

I was completely dissatisfied not only with the quality of the outfit I purchased but also with the service I received. I would like to return the outfit and obtain a full refund but was offered only half the amount that I paid. I don't want the outfit! Take it back and give me back my money.
