My last experience with DHgate was okay but it has been better in the pass, however, I really enjoying the item I bought from DHgate.
Size and colors are not available to select when ordering, instead I had to privately message the seller with my size and color. The garment itself when sent did not look like the one in the picture that I ordered and it did not fit correctly. When I messaged the seller about how to process a return/ get a refund, he or she did not respond. I wasted $60 and now don't have enough time to find/order another one (bridal bolero jacket) from elsewhere before my wedding day. I am not happy with this site and would not rely on them if ordering something for an important event

A pleasant and professional website you have, but I'm still waiting for the pointer I purchased several months ago. I'll be much happier with DHgate if the item ever comes. It was a small sale; just $14 or so; it's not a big problem, though it makes me sceptical. This will/would be my first purchase.
So far my experience has not been the best, but it is not the worst. I ordered an item that I was told I would receive from 13-24 days from purchase confirmation. It has been a month and the first problem was I didn't receive a tracking number.
2nd problem was after a few weeks I requested a new tracking number and received it. After receiving the 2nd tracking number I attempted to track it and discovered it had been delivered to a different address and a different state. I was highly upset.
3rd. Since this incident, I have spoken to the seller who has given me a new tracking number which happens to be the exact same tracking number that i was issued originally. So if this does not go through successfully, then I will request for my money back. My order number is *******504

The only deception I have is related to the quality of the product. I buy my napkins rings at an expensive price per unit but when i received them, it was cheap... since then, i will not use DGgate to buy this kind of product anymore.

I bought a knife, knowing it would be a fake, but at least it is a well made fake. Shipping is an extreme lie and I highly doubt the item would have ever been shipped to me if it weren't for the fact of me making such a big deal out of it and pestering them. Nothing was even shipped until two months after purchase. Not planning to ever buy from the site again.

Awful. It took well over a month for our items to ship and when I contacted someone regarding this she was not able to tell me anything other than they will ship, not when, not I'm sorry, not a credit on the next order, nothing, As a company we are very unsatisfied and likely will not be purchasing from DH Gate again.
My experience with the site was very nice easy to find what i was searching for great prices but you have to be careful when understanding the difference between a price for a single item or if you have to buy a certain amount to get that price

I can only assume the information regarding: Quantity, Lot Size etc was INTENTIONALLY MISLEADING and I ended up receiving considerably fewer items than I expected and paying considerably more than I wanted.

Very cheap product... rear sight broke while sighting in the rifle...
Ordered once, took a little over a week to arrive. Product was as described.
