I was not impressed with my experience and will not be purchasing anything further from DHgate. It took almost a month to receive the product - it was stated i would receive it from 5-14 days. Updates were almost non existent. When I received the product it was in good shape. Not excellent, brand new shape. It had some scratches and paint issues. It also didn't fit - it required a lot of extra drilling and some fabrication on my part.
Excellent communication and understanding... This is one site where customer care is top priority...
The first time I ordered everything went fine. In my second order, it never showed and I reached out multiple times and no one ever responded back. I finally received my order but I will probably never use your services again.
My transaction experience with DHgate was satisfactory.
The product that was shipped to me was not the one I ordered. Although it was similar, it was not the same as the picture on the order form. The quality of what I purchased was very poor. I had to take the dress to a seemstress and have the tool underneath the skirt pulled out and redone completely. The tool the manufacturer used were scraps of different sizes which made the dress lay quite unevenly. The hem on the dress was not straight. This also had to be redone. The zipper was of poor quality and no longer worked after zipping and unzipping twice. I ended up paying triple the original price once it was done at the seemstress. My seemstress has had many other clients bring in dresses from the same company with similar complaints. I was extremely disappointed, but had to make it work since I was only days away from my wedding. I will not be ordering from DHgate any longer.
The order process was simple and the security of having the products in hand before DHgate paid the vendor was an added comfort.
NIGHTMARE, would be the word that I would use to describe my experience. Still trying to get the seller to send me a shipping label so that I can send my dress back with a FULL refund.

However, delivery took longer than expected and the item did not fit as well as what was shown online.

I odered mix slide flower charms and I recieved 3 color out of 7 colors. I didn't grt any of the main colors like Black, Purple, Yellow and green. I order 2 lots of the flower, and I was sent at 50 red ones. Now my customers are really upset with me.

My experience with DHGate has been exceptional! I had never ordered from another country before so It was scary and I really didn't know what to expect. Everything went very well. DHGate walked me through the process every step of the way. They kept me updated via email and I really appreciate that. I am and will continue to be a repeat customer! Thank you:-)
Everything I ordered came packaged well, and quickly. Everything was accounted for and seems good in quality.
The item is great. I selected and paid for the faster shipping but the item was shipped the standard slow way. Other than that, I am please with my purchase of the kwyboard cover for my PIPO
I am not satisfied with the clothes because sizes are smaller arrived and has not yet reached me last purchase
I never recieved my knife I paid 55$ for. I notified you guys and the seller. I use to make thousand of dollars worth of purchases from yall. As you can see I don't but anything from yall anymore. Because you didn't do anything to help. They kept my money and my claim was ignored by yall. Until you get me my knife or money back I'll never use dhgate again
It has been 36 days for an order that should have taken 7-12, and I still haven't gotten my order. The tracking number wasn't functional. It wasn't even shipped until I complained about it.
I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone.
Sorry to say but I had the worst experience ever.
First, you asked me to to verify my order which wad made through Amex by copying the from and back of of my credit card which is unsecure for me.
Secondly, after cancelling the order, and a month after the process cancellation, I've not got my refund back which is longer than all the respected sites that I've shopped with.
This was my first and last time to deal with DHGate.
