All products I have ordered from DHGATE have been 'sent' with fake tracking numbers - hijacking real tracking numbers of parcels belonging to other people with no goods actually ever sent. They responded to my previous review with a request for information, after receiving the information they disappeared and I haven't heard from them since.
DHGATE is a CORRUPT company who make their money by scamming money out of consumers for products that don't exist, then wearing the customer down until they give up trying to have their money refunded.

Bought a water pump from a seller in China, and while they seller said he would send me the proper electrical converters so that it would work in US, he sent the wrong ones. It was impossible to deal with the seller, so I escalated it the issue with DHGate and it was another disaster. They were always late in answering and at the end, I still do not have a product that works. Finally I bought a similar product in AMAZON. Stick with AMAZON where the customer service (and returns) work great. I would never use DHGate again.

I've ordered different merchandise 7 times now and each time it's been a good, and an honest transaction. Understand, it will take longer than other resources to receive your merchandise (It is being shipped overseas) but the wait is no longer than it should be and you are given tracking numbers and emails to follow your order. I highly recomment DHgate!

STAY AWAY! ALL items are counterfeit (NO ITEM AUTHENTIC ON ENTIRE SITE) and you won't even get what is advertised in photos. You might get lucky the first order or two but that's only to win your confidence. Once you've spent enough/make a big enough purchase, kiss that money goodbye. DHGate is totally in bed with their merchants and are preying especially on American consumers. BEWARE! It's personal for some of them with one seller writing, "Americans think all Chinese are fools" out of left field. That's when I knew for sure something was very wrong.

After realizing it had no serial number, I was suspicious. Then, failing to register the product with Cyberlink, I learned it was supposed to contain 2 discs, not 1.

I order a package of 4 items on March 28. They proceeded to bill me immediately. So I paid for said items, here we are mid June, and I have yet to receive the items. Each time I ask for a refund they say my case was sent to the "Higher Team" and they cannot help me. Each time I have asked about my items they send me on a goose chase and I end up without any answers. I would not shop here!

On April 7th I placed 2 orders #*******621 & *******840 and as of today I have still not received the product. I was advised on April 19th that the items had be shipped on April 19th and was provided tracking numbers that worked while items were in transit in China, the numbers are no good in Canada. I have sent a couple of requests asking for status of the shipments but have not heard back. I would like DH Gate to provide me with an update on whether I can expect to receive my orders or will they refund my money.

I recently ordered some fur slides from YUNDUOA and asked for different sizes to be sent due to the fact they sent me a message before asking if I wanted different sizes or the same size. I ordered it on 6/5/20 4 days later they never seen my messages that I wanted different sizes so they just marked my package (shipped) their customer service rep LORIE was terrible I will never use this site again... and also contacting the BBB. I placed an order and the only response I got from them after that was a confirmation of my payment and until now ( 15 days) nothing more. I wrote to them so many times but not a single time I heard back from them.

Girato la disputa alla loro Commissione Dhgate che doveva chiudere la pratica e fornire il rimborso entro il giorno 23 Maggio 2020. Vero chenyuyue? Ad oggi 5 Giugno 2020, non ho ricevuto nessun rimborso, inoltre non sanno più cosa inventare quindi hanno cessato di rispondere alle mail inviate.
