My order is *******866 It all started with the fact that I ordered an electric scooter, it was in Spain in a warehouse. When I paid for the order it was already clear that they wanted to cheat me because the tracking number was invalid. A week later, I opened a dispute, I sent a lot of photos with evidence from my country that I had not received the goods and the goods were stuck somewhere in Germany. They refuse to ship unless you pay more, claiming an error in price. I have placed 9 orders in the last 5 weeks. 4 of these sellers asked for more money after I paid and refused to ship. Dhgate does nothing for you. I eventually got a refund on 3, still waiting for 4. The fact remains. These people get you in with the prices and then tell you it was incorrect and want more money or they won't ship. FRAUD!

DHGate have finally agreed to process my refund and have emailed me to confirm they have done this.

They have a huge problem with suppliers providing false tracking numbers so your goods never arrive but by the time you complain the seller has deleted their account and moved on. I placed two orders with two seperate suppliers and this happened both times, i note from other peoples feedback this is not uncommon.

Whilst DHGate have refunded me, to their credit, they simply do not take this issue seriously. On the latest occiasion i told them weeks ago this was a scam and they simply ignored this and followed a policy of treating it as a supplier dispute. I told them the supplier had deleted their account, again they simply ignored this.

Essentially their policies are not fit for purpose and make it very easy for scammers to operate. You can get your moeny back from DHGate but only after waiting weeks and having the inconvenience of never receiving the goods you wanted and having to constantly speak with their customer service people... who are not always well mannered with one of them terminating a conversation with me before i had even finished the discussion.

Save yourself time and wasted effort, do not use DHGate

Scammers paradise

This is an update to my previous review which covered the fact that i had ordered two seperate items via DHGate, on both occassions false tracking numbers were given to me and i received no goods.

Following my first review here DHGate contacted me, they still refused to treat this issues as scams, which they obviously are so reluctantly i agreed to wait 5 days for the scammer to respond to my dispute (because all good scammers respond to emails once they have the money). After the 5 days i contacted DHgate to ask for my refund and they agreed to process it after unitially trying to make me wait a further 3 days.

Today i received an email from DHgate telling me to wait another 2 days despite their customer service person agreeing to my refund 2 days ago.

It is no wonder scammers use this site, their policies are simply not fit for purpose. I literally have a 100% record of not receiving goods and having delayed refunds as well as the time i have had to waste on the issues... to be avoided

I ordered two bikes from two different suppliers through DHGate. Both times i received tracking numbers only for the package to relate to a different address to mine. New suppliers try to get a sales history behind their products by placing them at ow prices but then deliberately not fulfilling the orders, they simply hand the same tracking number to a number of different customers which buys them weeks to increase the price on their items and make it look like they have sold a lot of them to boost their sales. DHgate did process refunds for me eventually but it took hours of conversations with them and having to follow their unfit for purpose process which continually allows suppliers weeks to respond even though the supplier has turned off their email notifications and in one case deleted their account. PLEASE DO NOT USE DHGATE, it is a waste of your time, energy and money

Bogus tracking numbers are provided of products shipping to other addresses to keep you waiting while DHG holds onto your money and you wait months but neve receive your order. Then the burden lays with you to "prove" that you did not receive your order. As you can see all the attached tracking numbers show items being delivered to all over the place. None have I received!

Scam...! Be aware. I have ordered a product with order no *******421 on 26th Jan 2020. This order never arrived. Neither they gave me a refund nor they gave me the product. These chinese companies are a total Scam and waste of time and Money.
They will copy and paste their patent reply without even reading this review.
Do not order from them and stay away. They are a total Scam.

DHgate is a scam just check my USPS tracking #LS*******CN.
I purchased 2 E-bikes on May 29,2020 to be delivery by June 12. Order never received, or sent to my address.
This is USPS version "A small package came to Draper on July 12,2020 to be delivery a nonexistence address location 138th Draper "with no house number. In a valid location USPS would be delivered, otherwise they returned to the sender.
On 8/1/2020 after 63 days of my order's date, and several emails to the seller that never were responded I filed a dispute.
On 8/5/2020 DHgate sent me this message" This email is to inform you that your Order xxxxxxx66 has been applied full. Please check the following details for the reason of cancellation: Refund Reason: Buyer failed to sign for the delivery". My refund posted on my account on 8/7/2020.
The "Refund Reason" is incorrect because the order never arrived to my address at Salt Lake City. The seller sent to a nonexistence address in another city "Draper" with no house number.
How can 2 bikes fit in a small package, sent to a nonexistence address in another city, the vendors never answer any of your messages, and give a refund reason "buyer failed to sign for the delivery"? The answer is DHgate sells goods using nonexistent vendors just to get your money.
Warning! DHgate is possible one of Chinese business that send a small package to Americans just to get record of your order's delivery. Newsweek reported on 8/5/2020 "It's not just seeds—Americans are receiving all kinds of unsolicited packages from China, containing items ranging from fake Ray-Ban sunglasses to a pair of used socks."

It's a racket

Huge scam!

A lot of scams! I'm in the USA. I ordered shoes from DHgates. I kept checking the tracking on them and it says that it was delivered to an address in a different state then mine. I sent the seller 3 message, I waited 3 weeks and no response! So I requested a refund and was denied. They came and wanted to offer me a partial refund!?! The seller don't even have the store on DHgates anymore!

I BOUGHT MERCHANDISE WORTH $240.00 FROM DHGATE AND THEY ONLY SENT ME $100.00 WORTH. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO REACH THEM AND THEY HAVE NOT SENT ME THE REST OF THE MERCHANDISE. NEITHER HAVE THEY SENT ME MY REFUND. THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT AND NEEDS TO BE STOPPED.

Don't waste your money. I ordered 1,000 mesh bags for my soap business and months later I get this huge bag of bags, they fell apart, were not sewn together, no strings, just garbage, I accused them of accidentally sending me the reject pile. NO refunds, no returns, no matter what they tell you upfront, do not believe them.

Ordered 4 months ago and I have not received my items. The shipping number shows no movement in almost 3 months. Both the seller and company refused to refund my money. Don't Buy From this Company. The dispute process is a joke. They are not adhering to the guidelines posted for the dispute process. *update* 6 negative reviews later and telling chat customers service that I don't want an escalation to the dispute team, a refund was issued and the dispute was closed.

NO ONE TO CONTACT

I ordered a bag 2months ago and on 7/13th it says I received it but I did not! The seller is not responding and there's no one or no way how to contact anyone from DH GATE?! How do you deal with them? I tried to do a dispute but technically I'm still in a waiting period until 9/19/2020 to get the order the problem comes from that you have 90 days from shipping to do a dispute even though I payed 120days before 9/19. It was shipped on 6/21 and I'll have 3days to do dispute and guess what will happen when the seller is not responding. I'm so angry

It has now been well over 100 days and after 10 contacts with the Seller who is rude and DHGate I still have not received my Masks and also no refund. DHGate is covering for bad sellers and you are a fool to do business with DHGate as they do NOT protect their Buyers at all from bad sellers.

I ordered its on site and after realized the seller closed the store or its still closed, its still selling items, DHGate suppose to hold on to the money but hasn't replied to my refund, its been a month, I had to go through my bank. Don't shop here ever. Ali express is not as bad but they also have scammers.
