I purchased a few items from DH Gate but it was not always pleasant. They need to vet their sellers more closely! They don't have all quality products and when you exercise your rights to dispute the issues it is a struggle and the seller tends to get more of the benefits. They are not transparent in telling you exactly how they will be resolving your issue during the negotiation phase. However, I am happy that they have a dispute process and we arrived at a amicable agreement.
I have been using dhgate for many items including children's clothing, shoes, jewelry and pageant dresses. I have only had a couple issues with sellers but dhgate has always solved my issue promptly. I love the products.
Over the past few years i have purchased many items from Dhgate, and the seller, customer relationship was very good, but recently i have noticed a deterioration in seller replies to inquiries about various matters regarding quality and general product details. This in my mind leads to apprehension and mistrust, and once trust is lost it is very hard to get it back. I would advise your sellers to be more open and transparent to alleviate any worries the buyers may have relating to their relative purchases thank you so very very much for your attention MARTY

Just perchased some shoes, and had excellent service I recomend fullly, had issues with one of the shoes the vendor sent out a new pair the next day.

Meaning if there is a problem, which was very seldom, they were resolved quickly and efficiently. They have sent me fake Nike shoes, one is longer than the other. Pathetic. They do everything possible not to refund money paid.

Goods are advertised at great prices, but when paid for they don't get shipped or they arrive and do not work or are faulty then we have to wait a long time for refunds. The standards are slipping!
Purchases are safe, the products arrive in good condition and sellers always answer the questions. Unfortunately the free shipments are very time-consuming to be up to six months, and quick deliveries are expensive.
I have no quibble with DHGate. Always a good selection and good prices - Some vendors are questionable - Still waiting eight weeks for items that were supposedly shipped - I could have walked to Guangdong and back in the elapsed time. Free shipping should mean 2-3 weeks at the most - not 3 months
