My experience with DHGATE at first was really great good services, that was with the seller Janelle. But my second experience was not that good, the seller peniss, I do order a handguard for my riffle, its a Norinco M4 AR 15 10.5 inch of barril, they send me one message to tell me the handguard was back order and tell me if I want find another one, they do all-ready my money. I find a few but they was not from their store and finally send me email of one they said that going to be fit on my riffle, and told them, are you sur these are going to fit on, answer, yes off corse, Lilly said from peniss. That took 30 days before that comme to my house, went to see the gunsmith, not the good one doesn't fit on. Send email, answer at first I was wrong and the handguard is good to go on my riffle, I said the gunsmith are try at many ways to try to fit but unsuccess to do-it. I send to them 72 emails but nothing look to be solve for me, yes they do arrange something instead of my first order a compromise with articles I choose in their store and said after many many days, we are sending good for you but never give-me a tracking number or a prove of shipping, and at the end they give-me one tracking number but that appear to be fake and can't track in Canada, my package are not found. DHGATE are good but some sellers are keep your money and never get you satisfy as you deserve to-be, peniss are one of those.
I place my order on 2016-06-03 and until today, I never find the way with them to solve the conflict, plus DHGATE answer me after I made complain on them, the company as money in their account in the banque.

I have always enjoyed Dh Gate However after i bought a product with a particular seller and the item did not work i opened an after sale dispute, before i could read the messege the DH gate analyst closed the dispute and gave me a $30 refund for an item that was worth $200 i got the return address from the seller and shipped the item back expecting a full refund, it has been over 1 month now and i have not heard back from the seller. I have contacted DH gate more than 20 times regarding the matter, including talking to management and emailing the analyst, and still i have recieved no responce from DH gate. I have lost both the item and my $$.

I have done business with DH Gate more than 6 months and have had more than $******* in orders, but after this insident i am thinking of taking my business elseware. If i am gonna be treated like this. I don't need all the extra stress in my life.

It was the worst experience in my life but i think $250 is a small price to pay to avoid all the problems

I have bought several items on DHG but I have to say that I am so disappointed at some of the items sent to me.
I have tried to be positive with the sellers but they do not do much to help.
I have been misrepresented on some items and when I get the items they are not really as they are advertised.
I had one that said that they would like to try and work out the problem but they did nothing about it after getting in touch with them.
Then I had another that did not like the review that I gave and they asked me to change it and I have been trying to find out what else they sell and they will not give me another answer.
I am not happy with the site at all.
