I have order 20 different items from dhgate.com throughout a year period continuously giving them the benefit of the doubt and I have never once received an item I purchased from them. Every single time my order has gone to a completely different state and when I call the local postal office about it they inform me that it was delivered to the specific address because thats what is on the label. So for every single order I've had to open a dispute to try and get my money back or a replacement. Their customer service is completely unprofessional with prematurely and abruptly ending conversions with me while trying to figure things out and they don't tell you anything at all, they are there just for show and know only what you know and aren't able to accomplish anything. And the best part is because I have had to open a dispute on every single order that I've purchased, and because I started calling it how I see it with how crooked the site is with nothing but con artists, they banned me from the site lol. Ive done nothing wrong or inappropriate and I get punished for their mistakes because for every dispute I have opened, I have won and after months of jumping through hoops have gotten my refunds. One instance of a dispute i asked for a replacement and the seller was to send me a new item for the one that never made it to me, so they supposedly shipped the package to me but give me the wrong tracking info and after blowing them up they are still radio silent on me 4 months later and I've still never received it or anything for that matter. So I would understand a package that never made it to me maybe even two, but for me to have never once received something that I paid for out of 20 times, there's something more than just stupidity and careless errors happening. Then punishing me by not accepting any of my payment methods anymore because of wanting my money back that you essentially stole from me is audacious and ludicrous. I told them I was going to tell everyone I could about what was going on with this website/ app and I am. I really hope that you listen to my experience and don't waste your time or money, believe me I know that there's items on there that are badass and really want but I promise you that you will never receive it. I dont know how a company like this is allowed to do business and how they survive and stay open when this is how they conduct business. Ive been so rightfully infuriated to the point of tears with these people and its not about the package or items its about how people can spend their hard earned dollars on there and then when they never receive what they paid for they are the ones who get the consequences for the bs and they get kicked off and banned from the site because the "safety center" thinks there might be fraud going on on your end! SERIOUSLY!?!?!
I purchased a watch for $112.17 USD it was a faulty winder I could not change the hands when you pulled out the winder as normal to change the time, I contacted them 4 times with no reply.
I would not purchase off them again, they give Chinese companies very bad name.

The website connect really bad suppliers in China. They have as expected long time of production and shipment, which also don't respect. At the time of expiring this process (which falsely they report you have received the items), if you proceed opening a dispute they claim they are issuing a refund (which will never arrive). They also have dead links, no possible contacts, except the facebook page (they send you a link with a bot and a waiting line you cannot proceed as it close after 1 minute). Overall definitely a scam. Also if you read the positive review, they are clearly a bot or written by employees of DHGate as they are totally without personality and meaning.

ZERO COMMUNICATION! SELLER WILL NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS- I received my dress on August 7,2020. The dress is very well made but not what was pictured. I am so disappointed... the bodice is not as pictured. It can't lay correctly because there is too much fabric. It should not be lined with fabric. I ordered a 512GB Micro SD-Card, when it arrived I tested it and found that it's fake.
I couldn't file a dispute, so I contacted customer service.
After a few long conversations with several representatives, I got to the point that there is no one to talk to. ZERO help and no buyer protection, and I received no refund.
I will never buy from DHgate ever again, doesn't recommend for anyone to do so.

Dhgate is allowing people to steal money. I paid 200 dollars for a pair of slides. I never received the item. It took them weeks to send the item and when I finally got some type of notification from Dhgate, they had already released my money and said it was delivered. Except I never received the package and the package that the postal service logged in was under one pound. I disputed this with Dhgate and received no help. They are a complete rip off and make most of their money by scamming people.

Will always take the seller's side. Will make you wait over a MONTH for a refund. Stupid dispute policies that take forever. No cancel button so you are forced to buy it. Sellers are scammers and will refuse to refund you even if you say you want to cancel before they ship it out, even if they're the reason it takes over a week for them to ship it past their deadline. STAY AWAY NOT WORTH IT.

My first time trying to buy from dhgate they told me that my card threw a charge back. Then they asked me to send them my card details to remove the restriction they put against me for the charge back. I then contact them and they ask for a letter from my bank. Then, after I did all of this and wasted two months trying to be verified these jerks tell me that their "Safety Center" tells me that I can no longer buy from them which makes no sense because I have use my card everywhere with no problems and my bank even said there was no charge or charge back. The customer service including Bob whom I spoke to are very unprofessional and treat customers like they're no one and refuse business for absolutely no purpose. I would not buy from them because they allow predatory sellers on dhgate even though they deny certain buyers. Dhgate is very unprofessional and does not care about the customer and it really shows.

Purchased s lighted tree in May, received 110 days later. The picture and the title showed a 2 meters 6.5 feet tree. Received two 0.8m tree wrong size, wrong color, damaged tree with scratches, missing paint, loose wires, bent branches. Conditions of sale partial refund got quality defects full refund for delivery more than 45 days. Dealt with seller which refuse to cooperate. Elevated to dhgate dispute resolution. Threstrned to close the dispute in 2 days and that I accept 80$. Been many hours w/customer support snf chat useless. Sent rvidrncd photo to analyst of dispute which never acknowledge receipt of email. Pushed the date for resolution 3 times and threatened to close the dispute. Don't buy at dhgate. Look reviews online horrible. Bad after sale service. Dhgate and their seller don't respect the bonding legal contractual conditions of sale. Buy at Amazon 100% return guaranteed no problem.

UPDATE: DHgate now automatically post fake 5-star reviews for buyers (without telling them) if they don't leave seller feedback. So if a buyer is fed up with the lies and excuses of the seller, seller gets 5-star! Tells you everything about this dishonest scam site and how they enable bad sellers.
UPDATE 2: When you file a dispute, they automatically block you from leaving a review. So bad/scam sellers won't ever get negative reviews. Clever way to cover up for bad sellers huh?
Order 7 jerseys, 3 were obviously bad fakes (wrong colors, missing details, ripped logo). Two were same size/style ordered but two different way off sizes both marked 'L' were sent (how did this even happen?). DHgate took more a week to look at the evidence, admitted the size problem, asked for more evidence and then decided a $4 total actual cash refund is sufficient compensation for wasting hours of your time.
All these negative reviews aren't gripes nor isolated incidences folks. They literally will side with sellers even if they send junk.
Months ago on previous order a supposedly 'reputable' seller sent a piece of cardboard (yes, just a piece of cardboard). Didn't understand at the time but now I get it. It provide fake delivery 'evidence' for DHgate to take your money. Luckily that episode was resolved correctly, but you can see how there's a racket there.

I ordered a pair of tws earbuds, priced >$200 from DH Gate. I should have read these reviews first. Tracking said it was delivered "In or at my mailbox"; but I never received it. I filed a complaint with DH Gate, and provided them with all information requested, i. E. copy of my complaint with USPA and their receipt. Got a complete run-around: either they repeated the same request for the information already provided or they told me my complaint was "closed" and to contact seller. When I checked the DH Gate website for the seller, it was listed as "Does not exist." DH Gate is a COMPLETE SCAM. Do not buy from them!

The 'eBay' of scammers and knock-off sellers. Absolute garbage and dumpster fire of a ecommerce site for buyers (great for scammers though, DHgate's got your back). Imagine a site where bad sellers are rarely reprimanded for ripping people off, and when they do it's a light admonishment (refund $5!).
Don't bother. Prices are good but you won't get what you ordered. Sellers use photos of authentic products but send knock-offs. The items you get won't be close. That is, if you actually get sent something. Sometimes buyers won't ship. Or they'll send a fake tracking number from another order to 'prove' they shipped the product (that's good enough for DHgate - nevermind the delivery city is different).
Complaints and disputes with DHgate are useless. They go out of their way to protect sellers and take your money. Had a legitimate dispute for wrong color/pattern closed because they changed dispute to 'non-delivery'. Since order was actually delivered (clever huh?) they sided with seller and released funds. Their mediator never read the dispute nor looked at the evidence.
This has happened more than once so it's not an accidental mistake, they make up ways to close disputes to cover for bad sellers.
This what you can expect from DHgate if you have a problem. They'll do what little they can to get you to go away.
If you've already been taken, file a dispute with your credit card company. DHgate won't fight for you - they're on the side of the sellers. If they get paid, DHgate gets paid.
