Dangerous places to order

Buy from these place is dangerous is not like buy in a safe app like Amazon, I been buying things from dhgate but unfortunately when it's about refund for a stuff that you didn't received they never pay back the shipping cost that you paid if you are lucky they only refund the cost of the stuff that you paid but not for the shipping, also the stuff many times dosen't like like the ones in the pictures or there sizes are wrong, as I said is always a risk when you order from this place.

Scammers, beware!

I bought a watch through dhgates, seller orologio with order number *******703 they work under the name luxurywatches1.
After receipt of the watch it turned out to be broken. I made contact and they would send a new one at half the price. I fell for this and unfortunately the 2nd one was defective again.
Then they asked to continue contact via whatsapp (probably so that DHgates cannot follow the conversations) there they offered me full reimbursement of the costs if I broke my watch with a hammer and took a picture of it. They changed their minds and now they say the order has ended and there is nothing they can do!
They don't stick to the agreement and send rubbish.

Total Scam

I have ordered from DHGate in the past with no problems. However a watch was ordered and the seller was taking a long time to ship. Finally he responded to unanswered email and said he had to find another way to ship because the watch had a battery... and because I was patient he would send a free watch in addition... so far not believable. I get this envelope the other day with a broken plastic toy in it. Seller will not answer mail now and DHGate says yes the package was shipped and received. I was able to file a dispute with my credit card. My advice is be very careful with this Chinese company and insist on tracking numbers.

People that work here sucks!
ZERO customer service experience!
I purchased a $120 USD jacket, the zipper was broken, the logo was falling apart. Cheap material and extremely small sizes. You wait more than a month for the item to arrive, but they will give you only 7 days to return it. I couldn't ship back my item because the seller wasn't responding to me and I had a lot of questions on how the hell ship it back to cheap China. He wanted me to pay the shipping cost too. And I didn't realized that, he made me wait the 7 days, so the case CLOSED.

I spoke with so many agents from DhGate, last one was "Lorie" she and nobody helped me at all. They get pay with our money and they do not help you.

I was after the seller several weeks, sending so many messages, emails, everything. The seller disappeared and the customer services weren't actually doing ANYTHING about it. ONCE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY. This people disappear, Good luck! DHGATE DOES NOT GET INVOLVED.

I never knew that customers had to pay for the shipping cost when they receive a broken item.

And DHGate won't pay you shipping cost! Cheap China! I purchased so many things here, spent a lot of money and thanks to this seller, whose name is "JINDAN37" i will never buy here again. Such a nightmare and stressed. Not because of the money only, but because of the experience. And the feeling of being abused.

The seller sent a counterfeit flashlight and then had the nerve to say it works so I should not get a refund. Then DH Gate said it would not give me a refund. Had to go to my credit card company to finally get my money back. Don't trust them with your money. They are a scam website.

... unless you are overcome with the urge to throw your money away. Ordered two rings in July. Tracking information showed that they were delivered to two addresses other than mine. Vendor promised me two more. Never came through. DHgate's AI customer service makes it IMPOSSIBLE to request a refund or file a claim. My money was stolen and there's no one to complain. Liars and thieves. Hopefully. I can help others avoid making the same mistake. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DHgate.

Stay Away! Scam!

Stay Away!
I would give this zero stars if that was an option. I ordered a big game board and received a lipstick. I contacted seller, no response. I tried to open a claim and the website gave out an error message every time. Finally was able to speak to someone online and explained what happened and provided proof. They said they would open a claim on my behalf but never did! Stay away from this website and save yourself some money and time.

Ordered golf clubs at a super low price, said it would take 4 to 6 week delivery. Then they said it was on its way, after about 4 week they told me the orders were canceled because sender had a wrong address that was on half the order the rest said it was still being shipped. Another 4 weeks went by and they asked if I had received order, so go to the shipping site to see where the order is and its all in Chinese and tell you there is no order with that case number. Tried to find phone number and there is no number. Had dispute the orders to get money back. That took a few weeks to do that, but did get my money back.

Credit Card Scam

I ordered two items after I put the card info in they said for both transactions it has to be verified after taking the payments they said the transactions were canceled and the money will be refunded. The money was never received and my credit card information was hacked after using the site it's a total scam. I am going to report this to the cyber policing agency to have this site shut down!

Do not buy on this site, do not return your money if you have any problems! I did not receive my product, I paid 22 dollars and after 3 months of stress only 3 dollars returned! Absurd! I will seek my rights in court!

Stay clear complete SCAM

This is the worst site ever, hands down the worst customer service ever! They het their vendors advertise good quality pics of merchandise and then ship out total garbage, looks NOTHING like whats advertised. When you engage customer service for help they literally do nothing to help you... it's a total scam! PLEASE STAY CLEAR AND DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH DHGATE. SCAM!

DHgate is scammer

I returned the item and seller promised for full refund & paid for the shipping cost. Then I don't have the shipping label but I do have tracking number & usps receipt and yet DHgate kept asking me for the damn shipping label! I told them ( I chatted with more than 2 people and none of them good) that I don't have the shipping label but I sent them the shipping label that I handwritten. The package is stuck in Beijing. So I don't get my refund plus the shipping cost! Instead DHgate released the payment to the scammer seller that I believe gave me non exist address ( with no number) which I thought maybe it's a factory.
So beware with this platform. They don't care about customers! I reported the transaction to my CC and they refunded me back. So I got screwed over the shipping cost. Well DHgate good luck at least your company got a flag from the credit card company!

The customer service is shocking. They restricted my account after I tried to pay with my new bank card. The wanted the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the card. I used my Revolut card, so I sent this in as requested. They replied 10 days later to say they would also want a copy of a second card. If it was about security I would understand but why would they require a second card? They surely could have restricted my account to the one card I had provided. It is definitely in breach of GDPR. They also sent me an email containing 12 digits of my card. I'll take it they don't purge or encrypt their data which is really reassuring.
