This site has may items at a very cheap rate but beware and do not spend money here. I ordered an item. It was not delivered. The tracking no. Shows it was delivered. When I called USPS, they said the address was not mine but the city was the same. They said this is a seller scam that somehow they get and post tracking no. For the same city. So, on the USPS site, it shows that the item is delivered, but in reality, it is not.
I opened a case on dhgate. After many tries to explain this to them, they could not understand. It is a Chinese site and there are a lot of communication issues. Or maybe they pretended, they did not get it. In any case, I learned a lessons!
We should not be ordering from this website as they are scammers and take no responsibility if you do not receive your items. It took 3 months to get mine and I didn't receive my full order. There is no customer service you need to navigate and figure out how to deal with your issue by email. I ordered products on December 1,2020 and received them 3 months later but I only received 2 items instead of 4 and trying to proof that was a nightmare. DH Gate Dispute department does not help and they wanted proof of the package which I did not take a picture as it come in a plastic bag and no invoice and I assumed it was coming in another package like Amazon does and other websites. They do not go to the seller to help proof the weight of the package as they should know on their end of it especially their logistics department. Its a rip off and your taking a risk on receiving items. They should be shut down as they are taking billions of dollars and ripping off millions of customers. Do the MATH...

Dhgate store refuses to give me a full refund after waiting over two months for my oder to get shipped. My oder has been in "awaiting shipment" for the past two months! Almost three months has past that I posted my order. This company was no customer service line, you only can send messages to the seller, which they don't ever respond... This is a bad operation business- stay away from this!

DH Gate has a HUGE problem - their system will not accept your credit or debit card. Called my bank - all clear. After several attempts working with DH Gate for several days while they "authorize" my card - I was only able to make 1 purchase. Now card doesn't work again If your going to run a business - run it right! I would NEVER recommend DH Gate to anyone - extremely terrible shopping experience.

I've ordered about 15 different orders on different occasions with pricing between 10-75 dollars. Not once have I ever received a single item I have purchased from dhgate.com and have had to open a dispute for every one of my orders. I was not going to just roll over and let it go so for about 6 months I blew up their customer service who can do absolutely nothing at all, it's a joke. Their customer service has the same information you do but that's it and don't have the power to do or fix anything, they say to message the resolution center. After everything and dealing with these crooks for a year they ban me from the site because apparently "I'm scamming them" lmfao and "suspected of fraud " because I have had to open a dispute for every single order I've purchased because they can't seem to send a package to the correct address. Once or twice is one thing but 20 different times is intentional by any means.

I ordered some products from these jokers around October. They took months to arrive and kept getting delayed. But with COVID I can kind of understand.
But that's when the issues started. The products arrived and were cheaply made and not the same colour or quality shown in the photos.
The package had been in my office for about five minutes by the time I had typed my complaint to be picked up as they were not even close to what I had ordered.
After five emails, sending photos and two phone calls I was told I would be able return them and the seller would send me the address. I felt it was fair and the issue resolved.
I never received the address and out of no where £98 of the £540 I spent was back in my account. I was told that's the cost of the goods minus the shipping and I could keep them. I have rang, emailed and complained over 20 times and am always told there is no one superior to talk too and there mediation is complete and I need to take it up with the seller. What a load of crap.
So they are telling me £442 was the cost of shipping £98 worth of goods to me.
So I'm stuck with some cheap garbage I cannot use. They just keep telling me the same thing. The seller won't respond to my emails and I'm personally out of pocket during a pandemic something I cannot use.
They don't care one bit, they got there cash and now just fob me off.
I'm currently looking to seek advice in this matter. It's not about the £500 it's the principle.
If you order a product and it's not what you ordered you must have a right to return it.

Can't talk to live person only email inside their site. Claims to fully guarantee satisfaction from their sellers. Scam. I ordered gucci shoes they were fake and wrong size shipped and I was overcharged based on their own product listing price proved to them w screenshots from site they did nothing to refund me. The seller would not respond. I was in midst of dispute mediation w dh gate when they wrongfully issued payment to the seller knowing full well I would never be refunded my money. Buyer be WARNED! Whatever you do. Stay away from DH gate. They will do nothing but scam you. Currently fighting 3 yes 3 disputes on DH gate. One is from 11-20-20 which has not been scanned since the 1st of Dec somewhere in China. 72 days w/o a scan and they insist the package is coming with 4 days left on the deadline! The other 2 were scanned by DHL and found to have counterfeit goods and has been confiscated until the manufacture can check the serial numbers, yet they insist its at customs. In Kentucky? ROFLMAO oh and it's my problem, even though I have sent 9 emails and screenshots stating that its not true. So currently DH Gate has over 400.00 of my money tied up and 350.00 was Christmas presents that never came! Nothing like being out of work since March having a billion-dollar company withhold funds that could make a world of difference right now. As I stated Stay away from them go to eBay, go to an auction site like Live Auctions and get "real" items. As I was told what I was buying was real and have the email from the seller stating just that... They let scams run on their site and hid behind receiving dates that are literally 4 months from the time of order. That's right 1/4 of a year to get your products. Anyone want any of the 50 emails between them and me just hit me up Ill sent them all and screenshots of all conversations with their excellent ( that's a HUGE JOKE) customer service. They read out of a book and repeat the same thing. Call on Mon you will get the verbatim answer on Thursday, kinda creepy... So unless you want to be in the same spot as me SCREWED with a 400.00 loss stay clear of DHGATE.

If you want to save a few bucks and are willing to wait forever for delivery (in my case 100 days), then get a defective or inadequate product and be told by their resolution center that they rule against you, then DHgate is the perfect place for you to patronize. I only got ripped off for $13 but you may want to go bigger. Good Luck

I'm giving a negative review, I bought 2 pairs of shoes under different transactions. The second pair I ordered was delivered and the first pair was not. I paid over $50 per order, it took over a month for the second order finally get delivered. I have contacted the seller on numerous occasions and have not received a response back from them till this day. I would like to receive a full refund, but as of now I look at it as a lesson well learned to not buy items online, atleast from DHGate.

I ordered from DH Gate over a month ago. They took my money without setting up an account, but when they failed to ship my order also failed to make it easy to inquire what's going on. There is no number to call (suspicious) and in order to talk to their chat-bot to voice your complaint, they force you to set up an account. All I'm trying to do is get the product I ordered, or my money refunded... but it seems like this site is designed to take your money as quickly as possible, then force you to jump through hoops after they cheat you. Be warned.

This site just wants your money, folks. If anything is wrong with your order (for example, if the seller never shipped it, the item never arrived), DHGATE WILL JUST TAKE YOUR PAYMENT AND LEAVE YOU IN CUSTOMER SERVICE HELL. Excuse my language, but I have been in the same loop for 20+ days. Customer service is the most unhelpful thing, and the site itself is barely navigable if you want to navigate your disputes and submit evidence. They keep telling me "submit evidence" and I've already submitted 6+ screenshots of the seller's disappearing storefront (the seller abandoned ship and disappeared, probably because they know they are a SCAM), my order never being delivered, and all other evidence. BUT DHGATE IS ONLY INTERESTED IN KEEPING YOUR MONEY, NOT REFUNDING IT, EVEN IF YOU NEVER GOT YOUR ORDER. Scam site. STAY AWAY!

My worst purchase experience ever.
I had bought here twice and loved the site so the 1st of December 2020 I placed an order for 131 EUR value. Things started in a bad way because the communication with seller was very poor so, as I felt unconfident i decided to cancel my order 5 days later. I have sent many emails to customer support with no answer (the chat is a joke... impossible to talk with a real person). The only way I could contact them was writing a bad review in a famous site. On December 29th they assured me i would have my refund in 8 days as late. I still have not received my money... I cannot understand how difficult can be to give me my money back.
Think twice before order, specially if the amount spent is high. The customer assistance is so so poor and probably loose your money. I will wait till the end of this week before going to Police to make a complaint and claim to Visa.
