I've purchased many items over the years from DHgate and have never had any issues.
When I found DHgate I was a bit unsure so my first order was small and cheap enough that it did not matter if it come or not
But to my astonishment within 2 weeks I get a packet through the post and it was the stuff I ordered.
I now use DHgate when I need anything
I also know that DHgate will protect you with any trader on their site if there is any problems

Great place to buy items. Need to watch out for some of the sellers trying to cheat you... need to follow the dhgate timelines of not receiving items from the seller. One seller, cheated me very badly. Dhgate would not assist. Another seller I had, was a million dollars to his honesty...
Overall dhgate is a great platform for buying products directly from the factory, I feel communication with the seller needs to be easier as well as the search results which need to be more relevant. Also the buyer protection needs to be buffed for the buyer. A few items out of the batch usually come with defects.
Excellent service on this site can not fault it in anyway things always get sorted straight away if there are any problems with the buyers. Used this site now for two years. Keep up the good work.
Take it from a real $#*!. They got str8 gas. They can't speak English well. But picture shows exactly what they gone send
DHgate have always excelled in providing set deals, great service and delivery on time. I had the occassion to make a dispute and this was settled quickly and they exceeded my request.

I have never been disappointed with the numerous items I have received. The items are as described. It takes a while to get the delivery but with free shipping, that is a minor thing.
I had a lot of problems with a lot of sellers on dhgate. A lot of sellers are scammers that don't have the stock they sell. And finally if you get a refund (after the seller tries to cheat you), the refund goes to the dhpay account, and if want to recover it, you MUST pay to recover YOUR MONEY. And if the refund goes to your credit card, you NEVER receive it. I must open a complaint to my bank to get a chargeback. Of course, the customer service NEVER help you. They protect the sellers more than the customers.

Quality of goods as described, Shipping times were pretty close as estimated, and a few even better... units of sale were pretty straight forward. Unlike some domestic vendors dance around actual numbers in lot with ambiguous nomenclature. And image depictions of goods. I will continue to search this site for goods I can resell.
