I ordered an ultherapy facial machine for $622.92. Five days later received a package directly from Hong Kong with a hand massager, Immediately, I tried to communicate with DGgate and there was a numerous steps to follow, open a dispute and wait for the decision and so on. I decided to sent the package back to the shipper and paid $72.00 for shipping and tracking package. Honestly I got scared. I called my credit card and cancelled payment.
Please learn from my experience an do not order a thing from them!

The dress had a small train on the back whic made it soooo classy. I then ordered a further 3 dresses and they arrived within 2 weeks. Delighted. But when I opened them they were different. The fit was different there was no train on them... I was so disappointed. These were for my bridesmaids my wedding... and now I have to go and buy more dresses. Not a happy customer!

To work with the DHgate than Aliexpress. The only thing that raises some of the problems with the prices that the sellers are asked to pay. So from experience I can say when ordering large quantities of goods have to write the seller and ask the exact price. The website DHgate should take some of the blame sellers for inaccurate and accurate categorization in the order of the goods. For example would be in the order of ballpoint pens you can choose the color of the core refueling. This is necessary every time to write the seller.
But in General, if you operate a website DHgate with big consignment of goods - it is convenient!
Even though some of the product were not so good in quality meaning, the overall service provided by DHgate.com was excellent (24 hours assistant service and dispute agents for problems solving)
DhGate is great. There are quite a few sketchy sellers and a few flaws with how they run things. (example: sellers can receive Your order for an item they don't even have in stock then cancel it to show that they have another order. But, since they cancel it You cannot leave a review for this.)
