This is a great place where you can find everything your looking for at a great price. Overall very pleasant experience the only downside is that our chinese friends don't speak perfect english and some time this can be a pain.

It quite good to buy direct from China through DHgate though sometimes little bit confusing with the seller and the customer service.
I mean, if someone disputes items and report seller for gave false tracking number, you guys should try to track before make statement that the seller already give tracking number. We aren't blind that much so can't read that false tracking number.
DHgate Customer Service has been very responsive when I have had issues, though I still recommend people first contact the vendors. Most are very responsive. Still, DHgate has procedures through which buyers can present the issues to be resolved and the people are very friendly.
One suggestion for communications is that you do not use nuanced language, as the computer translation may be confusing. I simply state the issue and offer a resolution, which the system offers.

Have been very pleased with every order from DH Gate! The shipping is usually remarkably fast and the follow up from each vendor has been great. I will be doing a lot of holiday shopping from DHgate, getting excellent gifts at even better prices.
Just plan for the shipping dates, and you will have a great experience. The orders will usually come will ahead of schedule, but if you do not count on that happening, you will not be disappointed.

If I could give them a zero I would, but I can't so they get a 1. I ordered a dress from them in august of 2015, I have never recieved my dress. I needed it for my brothers wedding I was the maid of honor, in the end I had to wear a black dress from my closet. I even put a note on my order I need this dress asap it is for a wedding in october. I ordered the dress 2 months ahead of time knowing shipping would take a while. I never recieved the dress before the wedding, I wore what I had and the bride was not happy. I got over that and thought I will use the dress for christmas pictures when it arrives. It has now been over a year and I still have not received my product. I have attempted to dispute the matter, in a kind way by emails, but I have not received my product or my money back. They sent me several emails asking me to reveiw the product in which I replied I can not reveiw a product I have never received. They have not attempted to fix the problem, and this is not the only item I have not received, there were two more items which never arrived. I have ask for a refund, and I have ask for my items. I have been beyond patient and polite. Do not order from this website, some orders may be fantastic but others you may never see.

Answer: Do not trust DHGate. It is a scam organization. They sent me the wrong merchandise. I had to send them "proof", and then I would have had to pay for the return postage. At that point I called it quits, and will never deal with these guys again.

Thank you for your feedback. Regarding your concern, we are not able to track your order beforehand because it is the seller who uploads the tracking number and they are required to for your order not to be canceled. And there is a timeframe for the tracking numbers to be updated online. You are also given a notification for this on where to track your order. You may communicate with the seller first if you have problems with the tracking so they can check this with the courier.
If the tracking number does not work and is already beyond the timeframe, that would be the time you can open a dispute to request for a refund or reshipment. And within this period, your payment is safe and is still handled by DHgate until this is resolved.
