I really like being able to go into a motorcycle gear store with a big selection and cool people, as well as having the online catalog and quick shipping. Some things you have to try on, boots, any helmet over $200, gloves, pants, etc. I always try on stuff and then have it delivered if they don't have the color or size I want. Like the best of both worlds. I always support Cycle Gear locations because they are the only thing left between dealerships and Amazon. I buy tires as well and they mount them. Nice to be able to go to an actual store that has what I like! Actually riding gear and armor, not designer t shirts. From dirt to adventure to street to race to cruising and touring, you guys are good!

No problems ordering online, always a good experience here for me i've gotten all of my gear from head to toe from here and all has lasted great!

Cycle Gear Representatives were very helpful and polite, I always enjoy going to the store on Plumb Lane here in Reno Nevada they are very well stocked up and all types of Cycle Gear.

I requested an email notification for an out of stock item. When the item was back in stock, Cyclegear.com sent me an email which included a link to the website. I ordered the parts with just a few clicks. Easy peasy. Very happy with the service and items received.

Shopping experience was good except I'm an RPM member and my item was shipped to the store as opposed to me thus making me drive there to pick it up. There was no option given to have it delivered to me. I don't like that.

I ordered a gift card as a gift for my grandson. It came through my email and he was happy to get it.

I did a search for the items I needed to do a tune-up for my Piaggio. Cycle Gear not only had the best price, but also the best shipping time. CG let me know when my items were shipped and when they were delivered. I came, picked everything up, and was out the door in less than 5 minutes.

Very happy with my experience with Cycle Gear in Lynnwood. I always have been. This time was great for when I wanted to order yet another riding jacket without my girlfriend knowing, which I accomplished by having it delivered to the store instead of to the house.

I can 98% of the things i need for my moto needs. And on top get a percentage back with the essential membership. Most defff a great shop

This is a wonderful summer motorcycle jacket. Has elbows and shoulder protection pads. Has a slot for the back panel which I will be getting next visit to the Pensacola, FL store.

Everything was brand new as expected and fitting was perfect

As usual everything arrived on time, and in perfect condition.

I came into the store looking to replace my ancient helmet, but I didn't really know what I was looking for. A staff member told me about all the newest features and apparently any modern helmet would address all of the shortcomings I had with my previous one. She gave me some guidance on kind of helmets I should try. Ultimately when I found the right one, she helped me order it in the color I liked. Looking forward to much more comfortable rides from now on.

I purchased several items in the store, the one item that wasn't in stock was ordered for me by the gentleman helping us. He was great, knew a lot about helmets and rider commissions products. Very helpful.
