Outstanding shipping time. Outstanding quality car audio / speakers. My order arrived in two days, the ease of installation is top notch with all the free stuff Crutchfield includes, such as the custom build sheet per each specific vehicle, and free wire leads for plug and play, simple installs. Love this place! I've been ordering from Crutchfield for the last twenty years, never a disappointment.

Very DIY frendly

The prewire option made it a plug and play install.
I will doe the same thing for my next vehicle. I also like the price options from very little to out of my price range.

I live in Long Beach, CA a freeway drive away from a local electronics retailer. I purchased a backup camera and dash camera (both from the same maker) from that retailer in March. I purchased a TiVo Bolt+ from Crutchfield at full price. There were no sales for the Bolt+ anywhere at the time. A few days later Amazon had the TiVo Bolt+ on sale for $375.75. Crutchfield verified the Amazon price and refunded the difference for my new Bolt. They were very quick on the refund. Kudos to them and I will buy from them again in the future. Was going to rate four stars, gave them five due to the deal I received.

I purchased a system to add bass to my car. The subs kept blowing. The store grudgingly gave me a new one after i pitched a fit about my warranty. They automatically assumed i was the problem. Instead of treating me like a valued costomer that just spent almost a thousand dollars they were very arrogant with me. I paid them to install my power wires and hi low converter. As i figured out with no help from them it was my converter. Costomer service offered to mail me a cheaper one for free. So that means the instilation fee i paid for the falty one is gone and the money i paid for the more expensive converter is gone. Crutchfield also nocked my 60 garantee to a 2 week warranty. I highly suggest not going to the Harrisonburg Va store. Save yourself some money, headache, and about 8 hours on the phone with costomer service.

Mostly every order I get the next day. They have decent phone service when I had to ask questions. I have order several car stereos and installation equipment over the years.
I like it because I can get the wire harnesses as well.

This is probably one of the best companies in regards to customer service left. The prices can be a little high sometimes but the service makes up for it by far.

I had a question about something I bought from them years ago and they responded within hours and very detailed.

They also supply a lot of the little things you need for car installation.

Disciplinary action pending or charges to be filed w Supreme Court of FL. "Probable cause" decision after investigation finding. This man Took a years worth of money for a criminal case, unable to resolve favorably. Had to fire this man and hired Lyle Mazin of Mazin Law in Orlando who got our case dropped only after 3 months, something Mr Crutchfield couldn't or wouldn't do. Mr Mazin is top notch, brilliant, passionate, affordable.

I ordered a scratch and dent/open box Onkyo 800 receiver. Although I saved $150 off the Crutchfield price, it was still $100 more than an open box unit from One Call. I was willing to pay the extra money for Crutchfield's customer service.

Unfortunately, the unit they sent was defective/broken. In the meantime, the regular price had been reduced a $100. I called and was made to feel as if I should consider myself lucky that they were willing to exchange it for another unit at the considerable savings of $50 over their current price - and still $100 more than One Call. I had to spend several minutes negotiating with the customer service rep to get her to agree to send another unit out and have UPS pick up the defective unit.

I just arrived home to find that a new Onkyo 800 - but UPS didn't pick up the new unit. Apparently UPS didn't know anything about a pickup. If I want UPS to come and pick it up I have to pay extra.:/

Obviously I'll be dragging the old unit to the UPS store on Saturday (some of us work longer hours than the UPS store is open). But I won't be paying extra to do business with Crutchfield. The customer service just isn't what it used to be.
