The Ghost of Crutchfield Hall was a story that pulled me firmly into its world from the very first page. I read fairly late into the night, and found myself thoroughly creeped out. It was a windy night, and the wind was rattling my window and my bedroom door, which just served to heighten the already very creepy atmosphere of the book. I finally made myself go to sleep and then promptly woke up earlier than usual the next morning, so that I could stay in bed and finish the book before starting my day.

The drafty, creaky and poorly lit Crutchfield Hall makes an excellent setting for this fast-paced Victorian ghost story from Mary Downing Hahn. A short novel with a compelling plot, it keeps the reader wondering until the last page. Florence, the story's heroine, is a young orphan girl from London who moves to Crutchfield Hall to live with relatives she's never known.

I ordered four new speakers and an in dash CD player for my car from Crutchfield. The items arrive in a timely manner, the prices were fair, and the customer service was excellent. If you don't want to spend a lot of time shopping around for better prices, I highly recommend Crutchfield.

I was used this service once to buy a mobile phone and i am not happy for their service. Because i got the mobile after one week and i think it’s too late. So I was complained these things to the site customer care and I am totally disappointed after the customer service too.

Do not buy from them their customer service is horrible. After they have your money they give yu the run around and do not stand behind their products at all. I now have a 700 dollar piece of junk that they said they would fix and one of their managers backed out of it. Save your money and buy from somewhere that values its customers.

I have shopped their catalog since the mail order days. They are simply the best. I will honestly say that they are not the cheapest, so it depends what you are looking for. I order all my home theater equipment from here because their service and expertise are second to none. It shows since they are the only electronics dealer ranked number 1 by JD Power and Associates. I buy all my Denon Stereo equipment and Boston Acoustics speakers here and I always need someone to advise me. They have an expansive help section along with customer reviews.

I bought pioneer DVD AVH-X5500BHS for my Honda Ridgeline with all the accessories (install kit and harness) and everything works perfect for me.
With the install kit, you can't notice the installation, the color and the shape match perfect with the existing frame.
Also their costumer service are fast and help end me with the installation and answered all my questions. Even thought they are slightly expensive than others, it's still worth it especially since they provide the exact accessories for my car and the great service.

I have been ordering from Crutchfield since well before they had a website and were just a mail order catalog company. Back then Crutchfield's prices were comparable to retail stores like Best Buy and Circuit City, but times have changed. Now with the competitiveness of online retailers like Amazon, Crutchfield's prices are typically much higher than other options. I still rate them 4 stars because their customer service is excellent and if you get lucky you can find good deals. I got an Infinity subwoofer for my car for 70% off retail with Crutchfield's "scratch and dent" sale and it was like new, no scratch or dent; probably just a customer return or refurbished item. It has been pumping out amazing bass in my car for 12 years now and sounds as good as it did when it was new.

Purchased a marine stereo online and salesman was a little pushy but convinced me that they were competitive etc. After placing the order, I did a little research and found the price to be considerably higher than 6 other competitors. Product sold for $300 others were $50 less in cost. I'm sure the product is good, it's brand new but I would not trust their salespeople, don't make the same mistake I made, do your homework. When I asked them about the difference in price, they just blew me off with general rhetoric. They really showed no concern whatsoever... bad customer service.

Very good for ordering electronics and anything speaker audio related. I purchased speakers for my business and the customer service representative walked me through step by step and made the ordering process very easy and comfortable.

This company has really changed for the worse. Most of the products are high production, average quality at best, and expensive to boot. Now they offer "signature series" crap that is labeled for them. Custumer support went from life-time, 24 hours to 90 days, m-f, 9-9 or something. When you call in they are pushy and try to get you off the phone without helping. I have found the same Canon cameras for almost 40% less at other retailers. I doubt Cruthfield will be around much longer. There seems to be a lot of recent complaints about them.
