Recently purchased an aftermarket car stereo receiver and based on Crutchfield's website (super easy to use, lots of tech articles, positive reviews from others, free inclusion of adapter parts specific to my vehicle, and the service support), the choice to purchase from Crutchfield was an easy one. After having received most of my order, I can only add further positives... timely emails of order/shipment status, email of installation documents, recommendation of additional parts (specifically I was very impressed with the electrical connectors recommended). Crutchfield gets it.
As usual, dealing with Crutchfield was a pleasure... used tech assistance and guided through with expertise. Other companies should pay attention and see how to do it the right way like this great American company.
For the price you can't go wrong. Very happy with my purchase. Installed in a 92 GMC Sonoma. Instructions and schematics were good, but if your not familiar with installing a radio it would help to have a friend help you. I found that even the factory diagrams didn't match up with the radio i was replacing (factory unit). But i have installed a radio or two in my time so it worked fine. Just follow the instructions advice and pay more attention to the positions, not the color.

The only complaint I had was with the instructions for the install kit. Mind you, GMs insistence on odball sized radios made this harder than most people will face, but it would have been nice to have pictures or drawings of the "rear support" that needed to be cut out. It turned out to be not nearly as intimidating as at first appearance, but I had to mount the radio multiple times and use a mirror and flashlight to work that out. Once installed, though, it looks and works great!

He even suggested some installation add-ons that made installation a breeze! Kudos to a knowledgeable team and friendly, helpful staff!

Bought a Bose Speaker and at first it had an awesome sound but after sometimes the sound quality reduced to nothing, gotta return it ASAP. Please Provide some details what is your return policy as.
First of all the site is excellent! Ordered pioneer head unit and suggested harnesses and and additional brackets I would need. Received the order and wired he baracket up and installed he radio. The instructions for the wiring harness are not clear for my vehicle. Everything worked, except for the. Sound on phone calls. I called customer service and spoke w a tech person that knew exactly what the issue was. With jeep and amp the calls are routed to the front speakers and w amp is all supplied to the rear speakers. Long story short, the tech not only gave me the solution, but step by step gave me the rcross over pattern and wire colors to cross. Wired up and rocking along. Very satisfied!

Purchased a audio cabinet. It arrived as scheduled and was just what I was looking for. The purchase was easy and description of the cabinet was exact. Will buy from them again in the future.
Purchased the Sennheiser RS 5000 as my hearing is degrading and my Sennheiser headphones, while sounding great, were not able to deliver accentuated "Voice" frequencies that I needed. I found of the 5000's 3 different sound programs #1 is not too bad and the bass is not overpowering. #2 is extremely "Tinny" and actually gives me a headache. And #3 is too much bass to hear all speech. The only sound I find acceptable is with no profile engaged, which sounds like my brothers "TV Ears" which cost about 70% less. The only real problem I have is after about 30 minutes of use my ears ache so bad I have to remove the unit. I have tried different positioning and different ear cups but to no avail. If this continues I will have to revert back to my headphones.
Answer: I've bought outlet item for many years now and never had an issue or even needed to return. I'm pretty sure you can return if not happy with it. It says it under the price after you click on that item I believe
