Been shopping with crutchfield for years, as with many other vendors. The service and customer support is absolutely the best. Take it from a 50 year old, 20 year ARMY veteran, with lots of experience shopping for electronics not only domestically but internationally as well, it doesnt get any better than this! The support provided for the life of your purchase alone should justify the experience, let alone the absolutely great attitude and knowledge of the staff! Always impressed!

I've purchases many car stereo systems, all from Crutchfield. They always have the best price, or at least will match it if they don't. There selection is by far the best around, and they cover every aspect you need from the stereo, to speakers to amps, etc... and there staff really really knows there stuff. They've helped me build some fantastic systems, and they don't care about selling you the most expensive, they care about you getting the most for your money, and it really shows, especially after four times going through the process and each time receiving the same great customer service. A+++

Had to make the speakers fit the mount due to the wrong ones were sent. The electrical connectors did not fit the speakers, so I cut them off and put different ones in. The instruction were generic and not very helpful.

I really wish I could rate it higher but when I received my package it only was with one wiring harness pack and I needed two. So I had to go to Best Buy and buy another for 15$ when they dont usualy cost that much.

He "Wade" then asked what kind of sound I was looking for. Then proceeded to give me options and recommendations. He informed me on the current sales and was not trying to push anything on me. What amazed me was after I decided what I wanted he loaded my cart on the website and I was ready to purchase. True top notch service team.
