My cover took a couple of weeks to arrive but it was well worth it. The price was... appropriate for the quality. If your are looking for cheap you will get cheap (cheap quality that is). The cover I received is not of cheap quality. So glad I didn't go for one of the cheap brands on Amazon.

I ordered two covers, one for my outdoor couch and one for my outdoor tv. Both covers fit nicely with a little room to spare so they're easy to take on and off. Both provide excellent protection from the rain as we have had a few down pours and they both stayed nice and dry. These covers are thick and seem to be very good quality that will last, but only time will tell.

I had ordered a custom cover for my outdoor sectional, that was curved, 5 years ago. It fit perfect and was very well made. I began noticing the top of my cushions were damp, after removing the cover from overnight. There were no obvious rips, or tears, or holes in it, but the area was at one of the seams. I called to inquire what I should do about this and they immediately wanted photos and after a couple extra phone calls they determined they would replace the whole thing and make another cover! To my surprise, it was still under warranty! I re-measured and spoke with team members to confirm all the measurements again. They provided updates through emails along the entire process. The new cover arrived a few days ago and fits perfectly! I am very grateful and satisfied with the outcome!

It is a great product but my experience with the team was vey long and frustrating because the measurements we originally sent were what they made. We had to remeasure 4 times with little to no change. We are glad it is working well and you make a nice product. Thanks Sharon

I paid the extra shipping to be delivered on a certain date that was given and received a week later. I think you should not offer that knowing you can't deliver on that date

I'm unhappy with the company. I should have bought a very small fabric sample. My cover arrived and it didn't meet my standards. There are no refunds or returns so I just wasted $200. I'll shop elsewhere and cannot recommend Covers & All.
