Covers and All customized my cushions to fit my two ottomans that were ordered from a company many years ago. The previous cushions faded within one year, however I loved the design. Covers and All were able to duplicate the cushions with better fabric, zippers and ties. Great Service - they checked in with me after the design was developed before going to production in case I had any changes. The final product was better than I could have expected. Spent months checking measurements, uploading pictures, reviewing and confirming more measurements, waiting anxiously for my order to arrive only to go to put them on to find they don't fit at all. Not just one area but every. I've waited since April. All communication was through chat and beyond frustrating to communicate. Really hoping a real person will reach out and resolve this without me having to pay more. Was so excited and no so distressed.

Covers need to accommodate a variety of lid shapes. Even though I sent the exact measurements requested, the actual shape of our grill is somewhat different. This cover is made for a grill lid that has a much larger dome extending forward than ours. So, while I provided the correct length and width and height, this cover doesn't fit snuggly because the grill we have has a flatter lid. The fabric and workmanship is great.

There is nothing quite like having something custom made. The process was very easy and I love the quality of the material that is used. It feels sturdy compared to my store brought grill cover that lasted all of one season before ripping. I can tell from the material that I will enjoy this cover for many years to come.

It took many iterations with customer service who kept asking for several additional dimensions that were not needed to create outdoor covers. I followed the directions on the website for outdoor covers, and provided height, depth, width, and front height... Yet customer service kept asking for additional information such as cushion depth, arm depth and arm length, more photos etc. It occurred to me they thought I was ordering slip covers - and I had to remind them that I ordered furniture covers which don't require all the additional dimensions, I was starting to think they don't know what they are doing and regretted going with this company.
