After placing my order, the craftspeople in charge of processing and creating the order confirmed directly with me several parameters of the cushions before they were sewed. They caught that I'd not asked for welting on the seams, which I definitely wanted! Once details were confirmed the cushions were sewn, shipped, and arrived within a reasonable amount of time. I am very happy with the result. They look great on my porch.

Stressed several times that I wanted it to remain short so that it didn't touch the ground. After several questions back from the designers I ended up with a cover that reaches the ground.

These covers can withstand blowing winds, snow, rain, sleet, whatever the weather throws at them. Great protection, they look good, and are sturdy and therefore very easy to put on outdoor furniture. I would highly recommend.
While the dimensions overall are correct. The gathered bottom is way too tight and makes it Very Difficult to get on and off. And in recent rains I found it collected water inside that gathered bottom. Also still smells pretty stinky.

Our boat has an unusual console with a built in seat. Working with the design team they came up with a wonderful cover that fits perfectly and looks very nice! We're very happy with the finished product and our experience with the design team was awesome.

The covers are nice but I feel that hiding the fact that it's in US dollars is a sneaky move and I didn't appreciate it.

Not only did I save money but the process ensured the product delivered did not disappoint. The team worked hard to ensure the measurements and order details were accurately followed and produced- they confirmed every review and change - quickly and effectively. One comment: it appears the team goes by the proofs specs over the online specs- so make sure the measurements match your original cushions dimensions on the review PROOFS for approval and editing.

Glad to be able to have the option to recover our existing cushions as it was a third the cost of new cushions altogether. Plus, I splurged on the Sunbrella fabric. The last ones lasted me 6 years. Hope these do, too. And ours stays in the sun and weather year round here in Louisiana.
