We purchased a custom size coversandall shade, several years ago. Being in the Arizona sun and wind it started to tear. It was so easy to get another one, they keep all your measurements on file. Website is easy to use and our last sail panel lasted about three years
We ordered a custom made tarp (slightly not exactly rectangular). The delivered tarp came perfectly and also on time once we were able to placed the order. The ordering process for the custom made tarp was not so easy though. It was a time consuming task with a lot of back and forth over 1 month. Every time we talked to someone different and had to give the same details over and over... and we even had a few phone calls to deal with it. I guess if you don't order a custom made tarp, the process will be easier and fast.

Once I ordered, I kept getting emails of NO IMPORTANCE. Such as -Order More. And Discount codes. Without experiencing the 1st order why would I order more? If I needed more when I ordered why wouldn't I of ordered then? All I should get is an email confirming my purchase, an email with the tracking number so I know when it's coming, and the tracking number would be primary, not you because you no longer are in control of the package. If there was a problem, I assure you I would contact the carrier or you. Even this survey is a pain in my butt. But just maybe someone with 1/2 a brain will read this and figure out When someone makes and pays for an order, they want the order. PERIOD. If completed satisfactorily, You may never hear from them again. You will probably never hear from me again as in 75 years I have only needed and ordered one cushion cover..

I had to complete the order twice through paypal. Even though paypal took th eorder I received an email from you saying "We have received your query via ticket number 11554682. I ordered 3 covers. One for a table and chairs that was perfect but unfortunately I filled out the order form for the 2 sofa covers wrong and they didn't fit. My mistake.

Great product. Much sturdier and more well made than solar shades at equal and higher price point. I can't imagine a better product than what Covers and All Sent me, and I had quotes from other companies for custom shades MUCH more expensive. Great customer service; they produce a mockup of the design that you request. You have to verify the dimensions before they send it to production. My 24'x6' sails dimensions ended up within an inch of my order. I'm already planning my next project with this company.

My cover took a couple of weeks to arrive but it was well worth it. The price was... appropriate for the quality. If your are looking for cheap you will get cheap (cheap quality that is). The cover I received is not of cheap quality. So glad I didn't go for one of the cheap brands on Amazon.

I ordered two covers, one for my outdoor couch and one for my outdoor tv. Both covers fit nicely with a little room to spare so they're easy to take on and off. Both provide excellent protection from the rain as we have had a few down pours and they both stayed nice and dry. These covers are thick and seem to be very good quality that will last, but only time will tell.
