I bought eight custom outdoor furniture covers from Covers and All. It was a time-consuming, aggravating nightmare – as to every touchpoint and from start to finish, which lasted three months (and is ongoing). It's as if I were their first customer and they've never done this before. It took me less time to buy my last several cars than it took me to buy these covers and "manage" C&A. They have no clue how to engage with customers in an efficient manner or how to own and fix their own mistakes. Plus, they broke a promise made to me on the phone and by email to send me a replacement. So the company isn't only incompetent; but it's also unethical. It was a tawdry, maddening experience that's taken 5+ hours of my time (and counting) – from their first order confirmation email to me, which had wildly inaccurate dimensions, to the many times they required me to re-approve my order, to them sending me one cover that's wrong-sized and inconsistent with my approvals, to their refusal to send me a corrected replacement cover – even after promising me on the phone and by email to do so. Because C&A repeatedly refused to send me a corrected furniture cover, they forced me to dispute the entire $563 charge on my credit card. I couldn't possibly recommend C&A less.

The covers don't fit. The chair covers are tight but usable. The sofa cover is unusable. The pockets are upside down and the material and covers don't match. When I complained I was asked to hire a film crew to verify the measurements I gave and the poor fit of the covers. I don't appreciate being accused of being a liar. My measurements were correct and the product is defective.

I was really nervous ordering my cover bc of the size of my fire pit and the idea that we did not want the cover to go all the way to the ground bc of the shape of the pit. I was happy the a CSR even called me and made me feel really comfortable that how they were going to make the cover was going to fit great, and it did! I bought a rototiller for the wife, personally I thought it was a nice anniversary gift. She did not share the same excitement that I had for the gift. After a few days of me apologizing and some expensive dinners and a promise of a trip to Hawaii, I am now the proud owner of said rototiller. I needed a cover for the tiller and reached out to Covers & all. I sent the measurements and pictures, we went back and forth with fine tunings on some of the measurements. I finally received the cover after I approved the final build for the cover. It fits perfectly and I am very happy with it and the tiller.
