I have purchased a number of covers and this time it seemed like the staff was making impossible to finish my order if not for a last minute email i was pulling my order, the product is always wonderful, just the working with the staff to complete the order was very rough to say the least.

Repeated errors by company. Design team failed multiple times. Repeated exchanges of emails conveying utter confusion. Delivery was a month late. When called to determine delivery status, was assured fedex delivery 7/14 by customer rep. Did not happen. Terrible

I was a little leery of making sure I had the correct measurements; I have been known to be less than an ideal measurement person. However, working with this company made it all seamless. I sent measurements, they asked for pictures (which I HIGHLY recommend you do) and they sent back questions and asked for additional measurements. It turned into a perfect fit for my firepit and a propane tank cover. I am very happy with the material, and I believe this will hold up well in the humid Florida environment. Well done Covers&all. Ordered new covers for Crate and Barrel Dune sofa and two lounge chairs. Used specs from CB site for measurements and CA nailed the fit. We opted for the Olefin material and it feels durable. Color is as advertised on site. CA was communicative during the process and shipped fast, we had the covers within 6 days of ordering.

Extremely easy to use website to convey my needs for three pieces of outdoor furniture covers. From uploading photos to custom fit the covers, to measurements, and interactions with the designer to achieve a perfect fit. I could not be more pleased with the material and construction of the covers I received. French seams, venting to prevent condensation, along with quality of material used. My furniture configuration was not standard and the covers are a perfect fit! A+ on the whole experience. As an aside they came professionally packaged in individual storage zippered sleeves. The process of ordering and communication went well and the cover appears high quality and fits well with a custom cover order for a curved sectional/table sofa. The only concern was when I first submitted my order for a custom cover including my measurements. I received an email from Covers and All informing me that I would need to change my order to a custom cover order as the picture I supplied to them was not standard and I would need to measure my furniture and send them the information. I replied that my order was for a custom curved sectional and that I had already included all of the measurements on their website when I made the order. I never heard back a response and the order proceeded. Not a big deal; however, being my first experience with this company and with payment already made, I was a little concerned to what I was getting in to. It went smoothly the rest of the way and may have just been an isolated incident, but it did concern me.

Throughout the ordering process, there was some communication problems attempting to get my unique water softener cover designed correctly, I had to call them a couple times to ensure things were progressing. It took two final design reviews with dimensions to get the order correct but the final product was correct.

Quality is substandard. As would be expected. Manufacturing takes place in Indian sweatshops. No expectation covers will last. Going forward, Will be looking for made in USA products and be willing to pay the premium so as not to need to purchase the same product multiple times due to inferior labor and materials
