When I ordered the egg chair cover, I included the measurements. During the course of the next 2 months, I received no less than 10 emails asking me for confirm measurements and send pictures of the chair. I know it is an awkward shaped chair, but I must have given them the same measurements 10 different times. The end result was great, it was just painful getting there.

Custom order with directions on how to measure was great
Supposedly paid extra for a longer lasting cover. 10 year warranty. I received no paper work that shows that. Product seems thin and cheap. Not sure this will make 2 or even 3 years.

I have purchased a number of covers and this time it seemed like the staff was making impossible to finish my order if not for a last minute email i was pulling my order, the product is always wonderful, just the working with the staff to complete the order was very rough to say the least.

Repeated errors by company. Design team failed multiple times. Repeated exchanges of emails conveying utter confusion. Delivery was a month late. When called to determine delivery status, was assured fedex delivery 7/14 by customer rep. Did not happen. Terrible
