I have used Covers & All a number of times, and products have all been great. Most of my orders have been completely custom and require specific details to get it right. On my most current order, the cover arrived and fits as expected. There was one detail that was done incorrectly that I am still waiting to get resolved but their communication about it has been great at least. I am hopeful they will make it right in the end. The covers weren't what I expected and I am not able to use them. I wanted something to go over my bar stool seats not sit on top of them. It was my fault, since I didn't look at what I was ordering closely enough. And I can't return them since they are custom.

Be careful when you give your specifications because this company seems to choose their own measurements and then you can't return the cover because it's "custom size".

I placed the order, I wanted the zipper to start at the top and unzip from top to bottom. I was contacted by your design team. I was left with an understanding that they understood. Two weeks later I had to go through another part of the process concerning completing the order.After that the order was completed and shipped. I received it and the zipper starts from the bottom and zips up to the top. Opposite of what I wanted.
