Log Kit

We received the log kit for one of our customers went to install. It found a leak in the concrete fireplace. Had to reroute a gas line bring it in from the back of the chimney, but after it was all said and done very nice gas kit with no problems.

Great experience!

Their ordering platform ensures you get the right fit. I wasn't sure when I opened my package and then realized it was a retrofit that popped into the old opening perfectly. It looks amazing and was pretty easy to install. You'll need a second set of hands to hold it in place while installing, but it was really easy!

Fireplace grate

Product delivered promptly. Cast iron fire grate but much lower quality that what it replaced. Half the weight of the same size original. Made in China

Some Good some Disappointing

1) I am unhappy with the product I purchased. I does not look remotely realistic and is not very sturday as compared to the Monessen that I previously had. I thought that I was getting a similar product.

2) It was next to impossible to get a ship date. This may be in part due to weather at the time, but no replies to my email requests.

3) Nice person on the phone and tried to helpful. It may be that they didn't ask enough questions and/or I did not provide them with enough information.

Exceptional service

We are in the middle of a home renovation and discovered the old fireplace chimney had water damage. We weren't planning on replacing our old unit until we discovered the damage. I found Woodland Direct via Napoleon's dealer locater. I placed my order on Tuesday and the new fireplace was delivered on Friday. I couldn't have asked for quicker service. The unit was delivered in perfect condition.

I ordered a fireplace grate which was delivered in a timely fashion but the "simple bolt on legs" did not come with the correct attachments. A hodgepodge of different connectors were delivered, but none were correct for the grate I ordered and it was obvious. I reached out to customer service and they told me that one of the packages i got (I sent a photograph) were the correct attachments. I then had to show them in four pictures that they weren't remotely correct. I ultimately spoke to someone who was very pleasant and is now having the manufacturer send me the correct bolts. We'll see. They haven't arrive yet.

I ordered a gas log set as a replacement for my non-working set. The product arrived quickly and in great condition. I was able to install the new log set with no issues, very easy setup. The log set was easy to light and the thermostat works really well.

Shipping is terrible

Took a very long time to ship my order. Logs and burners arrived separately. Only had a 12hr notice that it was going to be delivered the same day. The tracking needs to be worked on.

Exactly What I Wanted

I had ordered a "firewood storage shed "from one of the big 2 hardware stores and it was delivered to only find that I was probably the 3rd or 4th person to receive it, it was flimsy, cheap material as well, so I taped it up and returned it. Ordered a firewood rack from the other big 2 hardware store and received it as nothing advertised, it was supposed to hold 2200 pounds, the box had 1000 pounds, and the dimensions were completely wrong from what I ordered, didn't even bother to open box and returned it. Praise the Lord I found Woodhaven! I ordered the 8-foot 1/2 cord with the protection feet. Was so happy to receive what I had ordered. It was very easy to assemble and is stout and solid. The quality is excellent! A lot of thought went into the rack and cover as well as the molded feet. Thank you to Woodhaven.

Gas logs

It has not been the greatest experience. We had a bad Thermocouple which the plumber replaced. No the remote will not turn the unit off. It will turn it up. We have tried everything to fix but have just been having to shut the gas completely off every time we need to turn it down Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

My fireplace screen was delivered immediately after a snowstorm. Our rural roads were treacherous. The driver got as close to my house as possible. There was no way his truck could navigate the icy road conditions safely. I was able to drive out to his truck. He attempted to load the fireplace screen but it was too big, then he unpacked it for me and loaded it into my car. What a wonderful driver!
