We purchased a ventless log set and we love it! The directions were easy to follow, and installation and set up took less than an hour. It shipped very quickly and was packaged very well.

Ken Grant was most responsive as was everyone else most helpful and prompt. He particularly was helpful in converting our wood-burning fireplace into Propane fireplace with gas logs.

Another company promised a hearth pad in only a few days which stretched to weeks and maybe never when I inquired about the status of delivery. Frantic to have this item for installers I reached out to numerous companies. A live person called me and encouraged me to use Woodland Direct. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. The website is clear with all options needed. And delivery was amazingly fast.

We picked out a complete ventless fireplace and on delivery the base panel firewall was cracked and one of the logs were broken. I sent pictures and have already received replacement even though it was the Holidays. Great products and customer service.

I have a bowed fireplace with unusual dimensions. I ordered a custom iron screen for it, as well as a standard screen for another fireplace. Both arrived in excellent condition and have improved the appearance of both fireplaces. They look great in my Spanish colonial home.

There was an issue with possible delay of the doors, but they worked it out to pay for express shipping and I got them in time.

Good product, somewhat disappointed that the pilot systems did not have better explanation. I thought I purchased a fully automatic pilot only to find out it's a standing pilot! Sales information very misleading!

It was a little confusing since I didn't know it would come in three separate parts. The first one I didn't receive much information with it and the local business that was going to install it kept asking for "specs" that I didn't get until the last shipment. I ended up calling your company to ask questions to get an idea as to what was happening. In future it would be helpful if the salesperson spent a little more time on explaining the process or have something written up you can send the buyer, explaining a little more as to how the whole process works.

The representative helped me select the best option for a new set of fire logs. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I needed technical support during the installation. That was also outstanding. One log was damaged upon delivery. Woodland Direct quickly shipped a replacement set. I am very impressed by the customer service and support.

When I called the customer service department the representative was able to assist with troubleshooting the issue. I was unable to ignite the fire pit and he was able to send me the parts which he determined were under warranty. My overall experience was excellent.

After finding their website, I reached out by phone for technical questions. Their representative answered every question, as well as helped to make sure all measurements that we took of our fireplace was done correctly. Cannot stress how easy it was to pick out the correct set of logs. He helped us pick out the log set Ponderosa because of the detailed information of how it was going to actually function for us. Upon arrival, everything was included that was supposed to been received. The installation was straightforward and everything works perfectly. I highly recommend this company because of their customer service! I will be doing business with them in the future for sure.

This is my 4th order of an additional firewood rack from Woodlanddirect and I am totally pleased with the sturdiness, the grade of metal, the support of a cord of wood.

Ordered this with the worry I wouldn't receive it in time for Christmas but the shipping and delivery beat my expectations! Box was a little ruffed up on delivery but I believe that was due to the fireplace grate inside the box.
