The first grate came in fairly quickly. The second it took a while. I had to call and there was an issue, but Woodland took care of it.
While in the process of getting our house ready to sell, we discovered that our old gas fireplace needed to be replaced. Since the main components of the existing unit were deemed to be safe and acceptable, our solution was to replace only the burner, log set, log rack and decorative coals.
We contacted Woodland Direct who were very helpful in helping us select cost-effective parts. They, together with Flame Pro, a local certified services firm, made the transition to the "facelifted fireplace" very easy and financially reasonable.
We are very happy with the results and have only the best to say about Woodland, it's products and customer-centric people.

I was told the gas connection was on the right, wrong it was on the left. It cost me twice as much to install because the service man had to buy additional parts. I called to verify I received the correct unit thinking the salesperson was correct and I had just been mailed the wrong unit but I did not receive a call back form Woodland until the next day; too late.
The remote does not work. The tech dept. referred me to the to the manufacturer. The manufacturer diagnosed the problem and referred me back to Woodland for a replacement kit. Here I am a week later and the problem is NOT resolved. If I get the remote replaced under warranty, I will need to get back on the schedule with the installer. The fire logs will have to be removed in order to replace the remote receiver. That will cost me another $100.00.
Not a very satisfied customer.

We have the chain that hangs in front of the fireplace. You can order the exact length that the old one was. Ours was an odd size. It fits perfect and looks fantastic.

I want to thank Chris for his help in leading us to the right gas logs for our house. We had to replace our old gas logs and was look to purchase a new set. I had changed the delivery address a few minutes after I placed my order. Received a response from customer service saying the address has been updated. The next email confirmation I got still had the old address, so I emailed again. Was again told the address had been updated. Then on the day of delivery, the shipping company calls me to tell me they are 30 mins away from the original delivery address! Fortunately the shipping company was able to adjust its route.
