Hard to find fireplace items that are not flimsy and just for show. Looked long and hard for real bellows, found them here. Then bought a wood rack and it too was durable and up to the task. So glad to have found this store

Received my order promptly. Sadly, the 6" cap was 5 3/4" while the 6" collar was 6 3/4" making the collar unusable.
I'm forced to pay a restocking fee along with freight to return the unusable item.

Great, good quality, soft but firm, fast, easy navigation and layout, multiple selections, sizes, delivery arrived earlier than expected.

Once I ordered the product everything went smoothly. If you are looking for something too improve, check the website. When I added one thing to my cart and went searching for the second item my cart seemed to loose the first item or I lost the cart. I got it to all work on the third try. I was probably doing something wrong because I'm old but it didn't walk me through the correct steps as well as it could. I would not have tried a forth time.

The web site was easy to use, quickly found the part needed. With the offered discount made the price lower than other companies. Shipping was quick too!

I ordered the cabin, paid for the cabin, got the cabin delivered. Now its cooking on my stove. Smooth experience.

I ordered a cover for an 8' woodpile and received one for a 4' woodpile. The customer service rep quickly issued a shipping label to return the one shipped in error and sent the correct one. It is a Christmas gift so it hasn't been opened yet but it looks right!

In general, quite good. I do have a few minor comments. They do give an "Active Duty" military discount but nothing for veterans. That's wrong and should be changed. Also, we ordered over $300 worth of items and our cart said Free Shipping but I was charged for shipping on checkout. These items are made in China. We could have found similar products on Amazon for half the price and next day free delivery but I will never know if the Amazon items are of equal quality. Having said all of this; these are great products and nice people so I do highly recommend NorthLine. Happy Holidays.

I spent a couple of days trying to locate all the parts I needed to install a wood stove in my metal building. Because I don't have an attic space it was challenging to figure out how to do it and there were no good YouTube videos out there. The real challenge was finding all the parts that I need. It appeared I was going to have to order parts from a bunch of different vendors. Then I found Northline Express. They have everything in one place on their website, including kits for the most complicated parts of my assembly. That took a load of uncertainty out of my design, and on top of that they noticed I had ordered an incompatible part, called me and fixed my order. Fantastic service! I'm going to make a YouTube video on how I decided to install a wood stove in an insulated metal building that has no attic space. I am definitely going to brag about how Northline Express put everything in one place and saved me from my own mistake.

Seamless. Helpful educational videos provided to select grate size. The grate is extremely heavy duty with ample area beneath the grate to limit contact with hot embers which destroy the grate prematurely. This is our 3rd grate and hopefully our last. Our previous grates were cheaper and much less well constructed.
