In giving our living room fireplace a whitewash facelift, my wife decided painting the fire brick (that had never been painted) the usual black would be too harsh a contrast for our decor. She wanted a dark brown. After an exhaustive search, I found your site online - a there it was - the perfect brown. My wife and I both love it. We have had many compliments on the color. It only took one can (one pint) and one coat. Thanks!

Ordering was easy. I have ordered gel fuel from other companies in the past that was damaged, leaky and dangerous when delivered. This was delivered in perfect condition!
I ordered 5 cans of spray paint. All 5 were from July of 2021, so over 4 years old. One of the cans had been used or exploded or something, inside the cap was a mess and it didn't even work anymore. Had to just throw that can away. The other 4 worked, but required a lot of shaking and still clumped up would come out in droplets/etc quite a bit.
I just want to say about the measurements that you have 17x17 that's the screen not where it is going to be hold on into, you don't put more measurements on them description explaining, I installed it, because I didn't have that time to return it. But it should be like 20 x 20 the outside measurements where it's going to be hold on to the existing chimney not the screen size that you put into the box.
I received request a delivery following up on the order that you placed with NorthlineExpress on Sep 1,2025. Yes, I received my order or No, I did not receive order. When I responded no, I recieved response that my item was going to be delivered the next day... All in all. I did receive item and I am happy with item.
The chimney wizard was wonderful to work through the chimney pipe. I had one piece delivered out of 12 that was bent. I took a few pictures and sent it to customer service. They had a new one shipped out in 1-2 days and delivered within 5.
The Chimney Wizard made it easy to see how to vent the wood burning stove I purchased locally. The products I purchased shipped quickly. There were a few items that took a few extra days. Out of all the products I purchased one arrived dented. I took some pictures of how it arrived and asked if they think I could still use it or if it would be dangerous. They quickly responded and have another on on the way.
The shipping is lazy. Your items will arrive damaged.
I only gave you a bad review because the first one you sent me was destroyed, perhaps in shipping but the box didn't look banged up as bad as the product inside. But I do give you full stars for getting right on it and sending me a replacement.
